The communication was excellent by Pavlina. Upon arrival for parking accommodations, the host was there within a few minutes. The accommodations were great...clean and every need was always met, even provided us with a few packets for washing machine instead of having to buy a whole box. The location is excellent for touring old Nicosia within the walls. Wouldn't be any more than a 5 minute walk to Ledra Street. Security was great with a locked entryway before your apartment. We loved our stay! We would definitely return to this apartment in the future.

PAVLINA is a great host, she gave us direction and let us use the parking place till the day after.

The apartment was very nice, comfortable, perfectly equipped and I enjoyed the stay a lot.
The entrance to the building didn't look very nice but thankfully it was clean inside in the building and no problem at all otherwise.

Superb apartment in the best location- very comfortable, spacious & bright bedroom with quality linen - fully equipped kitchen - cozy sitting room - I loved the shower in the bathroom - very quiet because of the double windows - Bottle of water - different kinds of coffee and tea available- an adaptor for EU PLUGS - In general very well thought out and the Host Ms. Pavlina very polite and responsive - I will stay again on the next visit to Nicosia

The suites are big, comfortable and bright. The bedrooms are big too. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is good, quite close to a lot of lovely coffee shops and restaurants, but not in the old quarter of Nicosia. Paulina was very helpful with directions and arranging stuff for us. The building itself looks a bit drab but the suites make up for it.
One of the suites where four of us were staying (a couple with baby, and 2 friends) had only one bathroom/toilet. So it was a bit of a jostle.

We loved the flat a lot. It had everything we needed: free netflix, comfy bed, perfect WiFi, always hot water, strong hair dryer and an air conditioning that kept us warm. The location is great, a couple of minutes from the old town.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. Everything was very clean. Picking up the keys was nicely described and very understandable. Fresh water and even an adapter for English sockets were waiting for us. Instructions and advice in the apartment are clear and understandable. Suitable for a long stay. Even a washing machine is available. Absolutely worth to go.

Exceptionally good location; clean, bright apartment with a balcony; window shades; appliances and well equipped kitchen. The host is very helpful.
The shower was not working well; a microwave oven will be a plus. English language programs on the TV will be a bonus (or a smart TV) - only for rainy days.

We were met by a lovely lady who showed us parking and around the flat.
Unfortunately the message came a little late so we had to navigate the one way system to get back to the location.

There's a lot of useful kitchen equipment but would be great to also have a microwave oven.
Communication with the concierge is not always easy as she does not speak English

In the living room you could smell that someone before us was smoking in that room. No cigarette smell whatsoever in the bedroom ❤️

As instructed we call Pavlina in front of nearby restaurant and then we got keys from apartment and free access to parking lot from consierge. As surprise we got free ugreade to "Vintage - Deluxe apartment" which was stunning. Very, very large and perfectly equipped and very quiet. The location of accomodation is few steps to the very center. I can only recommend the whole place. Thank Pavlina for the stay, we enjoyed it very much.
