The hotel was absolutely perfect. Excellent location and well presented rooms. There are more than enough facilities i.e restaurant, cafes and shops right outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and were more than approachable for questions. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Florence for a second time.

Nothing really, very small bathroom but we didn't mind, we joked about it 😉

Excellent location. Very clean and large room with a lovely view. Pleasant decoration. Clean and basic bathroom. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Nice simple 3 star guesthouse yet rather pricey, like all accommodation in Italy.

Small details: a hook for towels/clothes in the bathroom would quite be useful.

Great location, very central. My room was pretty clean and quite modern. The staff were very helpful.

We liked the River view; The room size was excellent with high ceilings. Quieter Location/Neighborhood with the best vibes and fewer tourists. Great restaurant advice from staff and of course great restaurants

access to rooms - no signage on how to open security gate and door from rooms to lobby. very confusing on arrival - you need to go to 3rd floor to register - not clear!

Exceptional room, bathroom, the bed is very comfortable, the room is big and a good condition. Everything you need is in place. Cleaning, staff, check-in, and check-out are at an exceptional level. Rooms are in a beautiful building. People at the reception desk are very friendly. The room we stayed in (one of the smaller rooms) was a simple room and ok. The view was nice, we looked out on a Dome and could see a slice of the Arno. The bed was very comfortable.

I missed a long mirror in the room, so I could have seen myself and make how to dress myself decisions. There is only a bathroom mirror. The color of the bathroom was kinda muddy.

Not having English stations, the location wasn't the greatest as ppl stood in the hallway talking loudly, kids running. However, it served it purpose for an overnight stay.

The picture from the website is totally different from what I hv gotten. Tbh, the room looks like a haunted room. Just super uncomfortable at all.

The location is comfortable. The hotel is located in walking distance from the main attractions. It is near to the river and some local bars, but you should walk 10-15 minutes to the center. Second, The room is big and well decorated.

The reception is open only on certain hours, so during the rest of the day and night you should phone the receptionist (and if you don't have a sim card?!). The entrance to the hotel is via a big door and than a gate that you have to get the keys for them from the receptionist. The reception itself is located in the 3rd floor and the elevator is too small. You can come in to the elevator only one person with one luggage at a time. The rooms are located in the ground floor or in the 3rd floor. Before you enter the room there is a third door which isn't opened easily with the key you got from the receptionist, so you need to play with the key for a few minutes every time. The room is big and well decorated, but it doesn't have enough natural light. There is only one window which is small and it's facing to a small yard of the building. The room was very clean. We stayed only 2 nights and there was clean service. The wifi on the ground floor wasn't working properly!! We didn't cell services reception! The refrigerator didn't work well and than stopped working.

Great location with a comfortable bed.

We booked this accommodation based on the pictures shown but we ended up in a dark basement room with limited Wifi, a shower that didn't empty and a coffee machine that poured hot water on the table and floor. We were told that we had booked a room at a discounted rate which we should have double checked to cancel it because at €198 a night this room fell short of our expectations.
