It’s ok location, though it’s quite noisy so get earplugs. Bed was comfortable, spacious room, ok bathroom. There are a few places to eat not too far from the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful.

The bathroom could use a bit of more cleaning. There was basically no hot water, it was either cold or boiling hot. The heating system for the water actually needs replacing cause it looks like a fire hazard. There was only one working plug in the room. Mosquito net needs cleaning as well. Noise from the street, but that’s a given because of the location. Breakfast is not worth eating (better go to CJs across the street).

The location was just perfect for the business that brought me in town. The staff were kind.

Power went of the all night. We slept in the dark and that night was very hot. Also breakfast was served late.

The reception girl is very friendly person ,breakfast are good ,location is perfect . Seems on booking is cheaper than at reception.

the location was great— that is the only redeeming quality. Staff was OK. but the last day we had to leave early because one of our children was sick, the manager was kind to refund our last night and also allowed us to leave our luggage there until our return to Kampala after a few days. That kind gesture bumped the rating up one more notch. we want to acknowledge the fact that the manager did a good thing for us in the end.

breakfast service was slow. one day we asked for breakfast to be ready at 7:30 but we didn’t get. no one prepared breakfast on time for us before we had to leave.l for our appointment. power was unavailable for at least a day. the room was hot and because of no power we had no internet either. but even when there was power internet was very bad for most days. couldn’t do any work on my laptop.
