We first stayed at the apartment over 28years ago, in fact we were one of their first guests. The small complex has grown/developed since then beautifully finished.

Would be better if the wall\screen could be higher between the 2 first floor pool view apartments. Would give the respective balconies more privacy.

Lägenheten är i behov av renovering. Sängen rätt hård men det är vad man är vann med. Jag föredrar mjukare. Det hade varit bra med några adapter till El.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were fantastic. The pool was excellent and is essential in Gozo Island in summer. The room was clean, tidy and very well equipped. We had a lovely large room with a balcony. There is air conditioning which was excellent, you just have to pay with coins but it’s very very cheap. I actually like this method as it’s more environmental and puts the responsibility on the individual. The host Josef was absolutely amazing, very responsive, helpful and extremely friendly. The location was very convenient and close to Xlendi beach and great restaurants but also very quiet and not right in the middle of the touristy cafes. I’d highly recommend this location for couples or families.

Villa is placed in very good location and is perfect for staying with children. Apartment was quiet, fully furnished and clean. The owner is really kind, friendly, helpful and he cares of this villa every day. We enjoyed this stay very much and for sure will come back!

Very cosy villa, with a super clean pool, we had all we needed for a week's stay! It was only a minute's walk to the cliffs and sea. I loved the view from the terrace.

Very nice place to stay , 2 min by walk to the sia , 5 min to restorants and cafe , 2 min bus stop . Villa very clean, calm place in traditional Malta styl . Owner very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much 😊

We had 3 apartments since we were a group of 12 people. The place was clean and in place. Location is perfect if you want to roam around in Gozo. I would like to visit in summer too since it has a pool which we didn’t use. Josef, the owner of the property was super nice and helped us out a lot!

The villa has character with a great patio overlooking the pool. Josef was an excellent host, quickly resolving any issues that occurred, and was very flexible re an early check-in and late check-out. Thanks Josef!

Not the owner or apartment’s fault of course, but we were very unlucky with the early/mid-February weather as Malta was hit by storms, so we weren’t able to make the most of our stay. This meant that the lounge was cold during evenings/mornings but Josef supplied a heater on request. (Should be fine during spring/summer.)
