The location is beautiful near to the town but in a quieter area. The views from our room overlooking the swimming pool and out to sea were lovely as were the surrounding gardens and pool area . The family make you feel very welcome. The breakfast was very enjoyable with a good choice for self service and cooked eggs with the hot drinks served to order at the table.

There was only one pillow for each bed and no other cushions in the room. No soap dish in the shower makes it difficult for the more infirm and there was no grab rail either. The television only seemed to have BBC news in English and all other stations were with German subtitles. We did ask how to change it but there was no guide so we didn’t watch TV( probably a good thing on holiday!). There was also no information pack in the room only a few numbers stuck to the wall on a printed sheet in the lounge area. Evidently there is a microwave and fridge in different areas if the guesthouse which guests may use but we only found this out by coming across them and had no info given about this. There were only two small glasses in the bathroom and nowhere to put a toothbrush as we used them for water as there were no others in the bedroom The pool looked lovely but the weather wasn’t great and as the pool wasn’t heated we didn’t use it. The Jacussi next to the pool had a couple of inches of stagnant water in it. An ideal place for mosquitoes to breed. I mentioned this to the proprietor and it was immediately cleaned and scrubbed. Overall the place was very clean otherwise so I think it was early in the season. We had a sleepless night the first nightbecause of mosquitoes in the room and both of us were bitten overnight. Because we slept in the next morning past 9.30 am we missed the breakfast.After our room was sprayed we had no further problem with mosquitoes.

We came before start of the season and there were few people in the hotel, so we got an upgrade of one of our rooms free of charge. The owners were very nice.

Everything from the warm welcome, lovely pool and beautifully clean hotel. Breakfast was continental or omelettes cooked to order and was everything you would need. Charming hotel which is a real gem with lovely big rooms. If you have mobility issues you may struggle with the hill leading to the property but cud always take a cab. Easy walk to xlendi recommend moby dick restaurant. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beds slightly too hard

Everything very nice and clean. Two pools decent size and pretty deep. Very friendly hosts. Good to have fridges available to guests for self storage of drinks and snacks. There was also a small kitchen area for guest use with a Microwave (we did not use this facility but all spotless).

Breakfast was good but just lacked a bit of variation as always exactly the same. We could have done with a slightly earlier breakfast as we needed to leave at 08.15 every morning. Saying that we didn't ask the hosts so they may have accomodated this if we had.

Beautiful guest house, lovely staff. Breakfast is excellent. Very clean room. It was the perfect stay!

Absolutely stunning views from the room. We were there in off season so the town was peaceful and relaxing. You really feel the family touch during your stay, with great breakfasts. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean - highly recommend, even if not visiting in the summer months to use the pool area

The location is perfect. Marvelous view. Amazing Staff! No problem for parking. Quiet area. Nice breakfast.
