The villa was just perfect for us. We visit Paphos every year to see family and this has been our best accommodation yet. It was spacious and clean and had everything you needed. The pool is bigger than it looks in the photos and there were plenty of sun beds. The kitchen had everything you need and with 3 bathrooms! The double bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable I slept amazing. The location is perfect with 2 supermarkets/kiosks on the next road , a takeaway & Pambis restaurant which is open all day. 10-15 walk to the harbour & 20-25 mins walk to the Mall. So sad to be home now but we will definitely return to this villa soon hopefully.

We are very pleased with our stay in the villa. Bob and Sasha are very warm and helpful hosts. The whole house is suitable for home cooking, the kitchen is equipped down to the smallest detail. Very convenient location and very quiet area. We highly recommend the place and hope to come back again!

Internet access was not great

The area around the property. The rented place next to us was very close and they were partying throughout the night and playing loud music during the day. Three other houses were close by and could look straight into our apartment. Without air conditioning, it is impossible to stay there in summer. Furthermore, there is a busy road in front of the house which causes additional noise pollution throughout the day and the night. Walking to the beach again includes crossing a very busy road and there are parts where no footpath can be found. The area surrounding the house is rather depressing and exceptionally ugly. Unfortunately, something went wrong in the urban planning state, I guess. Recommendable for people who like cars, love places which were made for the purpose of a short stay without taste and generally prefer to get drunk on their holidays.

Dishwasher, washing machine, amazing facilities and Bob, he was awesome! Kept us right when we needed support during Covid restrictions, much appreciated. Spacious property with everything you need. Provided salt, pepper, oils, fabric softener and washing machine pods, boost when you’re travelling with restrictive luggage.

Not much, can’t really say anything negative as only had 1 issue re: WiFi and Bob sorted ASAP, so no problems
