- Staff is nice and helpful. - Rooms were good, nothing fancy, a bit outdated, but well maintained, and "do the job". - Kids pool and main pool were great. - Outdoor bar is good (food & drinks are good, staff is lovely). - Plenty of pool chairs to relax in, pleasant gardens and beautiful beach front. - Hotel is clean (Rooms & Surroundings). - Lobby is beautiful. clean, roomy and inviting. - Nearby water park (7 min walking) is great.

- In the indoor restaurant the food for kids, mainly the hamburger quality was **terrible**, just unacceptable. - Also, generally, the food quality in that restaurant can be a bit better. Maybe try to aim for less variety but more quality. Shout out to Anna the waitresses, who noticed my frustration, and was sorry and friendly and helpful and made me at least feel that she cares. - Evening sing nights - both British lady performers tried hard but were screamy and off scale. If they try and sing more relaxed and be themselves (e.g. don't try to imitate Whitney Huston) it will be much more pleasant for the ear. - There was no activity for kids. Even not one. - Indoor pool water is cold. So what is it good for? No one was there.

Good quiet location. Cleaning staff very attentive. Good breakfast. Rooms clean and large.

Dinner was bland and dining room very dated - only buffet restaurant open. Rooms and overall decor dated. Indoor pool not heated.

fairly old amenities, in need of a spruce up shower had no pressure; towels had seen better days, could also do with changing staff at the front desk rather unpleasant and unhelpful food was very average

Very friendly staff in all the bars and restaurants, reception and housekeeping. Room well appointed and spotlessly clean. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Good facilities and location ok with a small beach right there. Not far from town centre.

Underground parking was a bit tight to get around.

The hotel is really nice and clean, appropriate for families with children. Right on the beach, with a nice garden, pool (even a children pool), beach bar, etc. The food buffet was really good and offered a wide variety of foods. I would definitely go back.

the location was great, we loved sitting by the outside bar watching the sunset and the location was great. The room was quite spacious and clean. There was a nice outside play puddle area for children. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.

We had wine in our room but no glasses to drink it with. The breakfast had variety but was chaotic in the way food was organised so had to go round several times to find what you wanted, and there were no cutlery on the tables. Even though it was advertising an indoor swimming pool we couldn’t use it because the water was freezing. And the club sandwich we ordered came with stale bread and reheated chips.

the inside of the building was nice, clean, food was pretty good.

indoor pool was ice cold. not much for kids to do on premises or in the immediate area. the beach was small, rocky and dirty.

Close to the sea, excellent food, good location. Live music.

The indoor pool closes too early. The indoor pool should have a warmer water in winter time and sauna should be closer. Also kids would like to take a sauna but it is forbidden.
