Good location, kind staff, clean hotel room. Breakfast was good.

For 2 people was expecting 2 set of towels. Cleaners during morning times were keep shutting the doors of other rooms while cleaning them, that is quite annoying when you are trying to have a rest and a nice sleep.

The room was nicely sized and the bed very comfortable. Great central location close to restaurants, beach and amenities.

Breakfast was chaotic as usual. Not enough staff available to see guests to tables. Slow cooking which caused food to run out leading to long queues. Again only 2 coffee machines available which is not enough for such a busy hotel. The room looked onto the road over the Eden cocktail bar. On Friday and Saturday night extraordinarily lour music played until 1:30am was absolutely terrible. Could not get any sleep until it stopped. For anyone reading this please make sure in the summer you do not have a room overlooking the road. The pool was cold as usual. I have commented on this before many times but obviously management are not that interested in addressing it.

Lobby area on floor 5 when you exit the lift smelt of stale cigarettes and smoking. The cocktail bar on floor 8 was dirty and sticky, uncomfortable and actually thoroughly disgusting! Not the sort of place you’d want to sit if you’re done up in your going out clothes! A real let down for the hotel! The restaurant had run out of steak!

The room was a generous size with a comfortable king size bed, a desk, an armchair, footstool, coffee table and large TV. There was plenty of hanging and drawer space. All the central and seafront amenities of Bournemouth are easily accessible on foot from this location. Fridge in room was very useful, as were the kettle and the tea and coffee making provisions, although the quantity was a bit limited.

The bathroom door was swollen (room 720) and was difficult to open and close. Cleaning staff should report maintenance items and these things need to be attended to. The parking spaces are very tight!

The Indian guy in front desk made things complicated when I asked for slipper. I think they should retrain some of the staff. They said 50 pound insurance for every night. I.E 3 nights 150 pounds. They are not clear about this. All hotels they take fixed insurance but not for every night. It’s type of stupidity and no logic in this. More importantly, insurance not clear when to be returned. First and last see them.

Walking distance to shops(5-10minutes) and right in the city centre. Also 5-10minutes walk to the beach (Bournemouth Pier) & close to a Wetherspoon Pub. Room amenities: with kettle inside the room and WITH airconditioning ; Our room has a flat iron, hairdryer, complimentary 2 bottles of water, and a small fridge. Complementary Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Lotion and Hand wash & Toilet paper are in fixed containers in the bathroom. with FREE WIFI (no timeout) Floor 6th has a great view. The only window cannot be opened for safety; Big tv; beautiful view. Free use of swimming pool(4ft?), jacuzzi(in the pool), steam room & sauna. You need to deposit 100£ (which we were informed that if you want something charged to your room like- bar drinks that can be deducted on that deposit) which is refundable by checkout if you didn't charge anything to your room. We wasn’t able to try the bar on the 8th floor but just so you know, it has a different elevator from the rooms elevator which is great. We were able to request additional milk, sugar, galaxy chocolate powder(hot chocolate) from the front desk without extra charge in the middle of the night. (Had to go down to the reception to request and collect) Requested a bathtub room upon booking and was granted one during our stay. Amazing Hotel.

The kids bombing in the pool. No adults were telling children to stop jumping and bombing in. We had to get out the pool after just 15 minutes because of nearly being jumped on. I was told I had a sea view and I did not so I felt lied to. There was alot of damage in the room. The ceiling above the shower was damaged. The desk was damaged and the area by the kettle was damaged.

Nothing - we were kicked out at arrival despite having confirming beforehand we were a family of 4. HILTON CANCEL MY BOOKING AND DID NOT REFUND THE MONEY!

Parking is first come, first served and isn't exclusive to the hotel. On busy days there can be nowhere to park.

Poor maintenance. Bed side reading light broken, led lights behind mirror not working, usb charger sockets not working. Mandatory deposit taken and held till well after my stay is not justified and wasn’t expected.

I am extremely happy with my stay. The breakfast was the best I have seen. Many more options available at breakfast then I have seen In any other brand of hotel well worth the money!. Bed was so spacious

I think guest who are on floor seven should be warned about the music levels coming from the rooftop bar had I known I would have requested a lower floor. But due to the things like the spa and pool I was not in my room much to bother me majorly. My partner was also asked in a rather judging manor what floor was he staying when he went outside in the night for some fresh air. Had he been in a suit and tie we question would he have been asked in the manor he was. The rest of the staff how ever where wonderful!

Lovely hotel situated next to cinema and beach. Staff is amazing and very atentive to details. Nice breakfast ! We will return.

Room lovely and clean breakfast I didn’t eat but room service I did and the pizza was expensive and horrendous! Sent 2 back at £14 ea and they were replaced with similar poor quality ie; no fresh ingredients and no fresh oregano though the margueritas were advertised as freshly made.. it was a basic pizza base with tomato purée and a bit of Cheddar! No mozzarella and no herbs! Disgusting and I was charged for twice for both ! and the replacement .. I won’t be staying again! The bar was incredibly expensive and no atmosphere either

Air conditioning very poor Queue to check in Trying to capture the attention of someone to ask about booking the restaurant was difficult- avoiding eye contact When you're in a queue to check in and there are other staff visible it would be good if they jumped in to help or were trained to explain why they cant

Wet room had lip so not disabled friendly and car park abled people allowed to park in disabled bays without a blue badge shocking in my opinion

Nothing room was poor, quality, dusty, dirty, black all in the shower on the floor shower didn’t even hold up right with sagging down so he had to hold the shower. Staff was very rude when we first came in and looked down on us would never stay there again we weren’t told that we had to also pay £100 That we get back at the end of the holiday, but then was told seven working days after this is a real treat for myself and my partner and that hundred pounds as part of our spending money so we ended up having to go on our holiday

Unwelcome reception. Female Receptionist long black hair was rude , no eye contact, unhelpful and looked unhappy and bored in her job to a point of making us feel like we were somethiing she had found on the bottom of her shoe.

Dog friendly however due to being short staffed this morning at breakfast , long que so we didn`t have any yet paid. people eating breakfast in the lobby

they charged me on Good friday full £541 yet i said i had paid through booking.com, awaiting refund as on arrival they had no confirmation off booking.com
