The location is nice, close to the beach. Free sunbeds and 10% discount at the bar, but the prices are really high. They have done the cleaning room every day. Even if we had our flight really in the morning, we had the possibility to wait for our room at the bar. We had A/C.

The food was not tasty, not fresh, but expensive even if the quality was not so good. The room was clean, but we paid to much for what it offers. The bed was not comfortable, the bathroom unequipped and too old. Beside that we booked two rooms, and one of them with sea view, and did not get it. I do not think I will come back.

The room was quaint and decorated with love. It exceeded expectations. What was particularly impressive was the care and attention the owner offered. The connection to the beach bar was fantastic. From excellent food, sunbeds to hiring a boat last minute.

This was my first boys holiday and we had the most fantastic time. The staff and owner at the hotel couldnt have been more welcoming and helpful. We would definitely love to go back.

I did not do my research well enough and the area was not for me. Huge party area of the island which wasn't what i was expecting or wanting. Not the fault of the accommodation - purely my fault. I left early to stay in a different part of the island.

What a great place to stay! I loved the location, in the turtle beach, their Beach bar is amazing! The best in Zakynthos I would say, super well decorated, great DJ, delicious drinks! The room is nice, you have space and comfort for sure. Rent a car and enjoy the island! Staff was super cool a big thanks for all of them and a special one for Mavra, always super helpful, giving the best advices, discounts and taking care of us! I can’t wait to come back!

The beach club is lovely but is not attached to the grim apartments.

Where do I start.. no proper shower and dirty. No kitchen The bed was so uncomfortable and no air conditioning plus the noise is horrendous. The owners have dogs in the same small apartment block that continually yap all night. This place really is awful. It is not on the beach, the beach club is but that’s it.

Service is very important at Cubaneros. The very friendly and cordial team is always keen to fulfill all of the guests' wishes. We not only received valuable tips but also great support in organizing a rental car or a private boat. The location of the hotel is great, the beach bar is really unique. Great drinks, delicious food, good music, very hard-working, friendly staff and a unique ambience. Sufficient parking spaces are available. The rooms are simple but clean and everything you need is available. We were even surprised with fruit and water in the fridge and a generous welcome drink For us, the stay at Cubaneros was perfect. Our time there made our Zakynthos vacation unforgettable, so we will definitely be back!

Beach, sea

We stayed 4 nights in August. We booked side sea view room (as property says), it was a corner room just on the road! No view, no privacy. Lot of cars were parked near the building during the day. Very noisy at night. The shower doesn’t have any curtains, so if you want to get a shower be ready that bathroom becomes to be a pound. We paid 110 euro per night (breakfast wasn’t included). It’s not worth it at all! We asked an owner to make a refund for 2 nights, because we wanted to move to the hotel we found near (much better with a real sea view and with a better price), but were denied. We stayed 3 night and then left.

There are some pictures on the add that are not about the Inn, they belong to a Beach Club with the same name. So if you are looking for a sea front place, forget Cubaneros because the Inn is not beach front, in my opinion they are not being “fair” by using one place referring to another. The Beach Club is seafront but the Inn isn’t. The bathroom is something apart, there is no shower, it’s a hose without hang. There is no bath curtain or similar, so you need to hold the hose while you are taking bath. I guess this is the reason there is no pictures about the bathroom on the add. Due to these reasons my stay at Cubaneros was disappointed, would recommend to pay attention on such details to not be caught up with this.

Beach was disappointing. Full of hotels near the beach. Laganas was the only place in zakythos I didn't like. Every day we had to visit other beaches. Stay in laganas only if you want to drink at night and clubbing.
