Cocktails could have been higher quality.

Everything about this place is wonderful! The manager Zante was possibly the most kind person I’ve met and went to great lengths to make sure my birthday was celebrated. Konstantinos was our favorite bartender and was great with suggestions to make our trip successful.

The property was stunning, from the variety of lounge areas in the foyer The swimming pools with beds and hammocks shisha available was a BIG bonus for me The bean bag beds on the beach were so comfortable I fell asleep

There was nothing to dislike

Everything was beyond our expectations. We had an incredible time and we truly want to come back! The staff was incredibly kind(Special mention for Dimitrish and Zanet), the hotel was extremely clean, the food was very good and various, the location is super convenient, there are a lot of things to do around... Almost perfect.

Ubytovanie sa nachádza vo vynikajúcej lokalite. Veľmi priateľský a ochotný personál. Každý deň vymenená posteľná bielizeň a uteráky. Jedlo dosť obstojné. Letiskový transfer v cene veľmi potešil.

Malé nedostatky, ako prasknuté sklá na balkóne. Alebo rozbité kachličky. Zle vyriešené wc spoločne so sprchou. Lehátka na pláži za príplatok.

My mother and I spent our vacation at the Gardelli resort, where everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, its location is right on the beach, so we could enjoy maximum comfort. We also had a private pool on our terrace with a wonderful sea view, with a cozy night sky. The hotel has an exclusive sunbathing area for guests on the beach. The all-inclusive, tasty, demanding, abundant food selection and the staff's kindness and ability to solve problems are also above average.

We stayed at Gardelli resort on all inclusive for our honeymoon. Zanet the general manager arranged for Mr. Stelios to collect us from the port when we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. Irene and Andreas at reception were very helpful. The waiter Dimitris was there every evening and couldn't have been nicer. He and Stelios really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The two bar tenders Adonis and Kostas make the best cocktails we had while we were on honeymoon. I highly recommend the zombie. The pools are lovely and the hotel couldn't be located better as it is right on the beach. The sun loungers around the pool are included in the price of the room but the ones on the beach are at an additional cost. The food was actually very nice and diverse for a buffet style. Each day the menu was different and had something new to offer. The snack bar was also a lovely option in between lunch and dinner if you are peckish.

When we arrived the private pool in our room was quite dirty. We spoke to reception and requested it be cleaned. Unfortunately this didn't happen until the following evening after we addressed it with reception twice and then the general manager. But once it was mentioned to the general manager it was sorted immediately and then we could use our pool. However the only other issue we had with the 'private' pool was that guests from the hotel next door had to walk directly past it to her into their rooms. There is no privacy in the private pool. Next time I wouldn't book the room with the private pool as the large pool and beach were plenty and so nice. The cocktails are not included in the all inclusive package which we didn't know until arriving. However all other wine, beer, soft drinks, etc are included.

I loved the friendliness of all staff but Especially to mention was the friendliness of Stelios and Zanet, who really make an effort to make the vacation of everyone as pleasant as possible.

Locations is great, pools area is nice and the food was satisfactory too.

Bathrooms smell, wifi was horrible, and the aircon was very weak.

The location is great, right by the beach and in close proximity to locations for going out if that's what you want.

To start, when entering the room we immediately saw issues with the hygiene in the bathroom. The sink was not clean and it was full of hair. Secondly, we booked a room with a private balcony and pool. Although we had a balcony and pool, the balcony was just above the kitchen, which led to there being a disgusting smell, making it impossible to spend time on the balcony, in the pool, or even open the balcony door for fresh air. Below the balcony, there was an area which was basically just full of trash. We tried to move to another room but the staff was unable to organize a different room although there was a spare room available. Additionally, the walls are so thin, that you can here any noise coming from the surrounding rooms. We then decided to move to a different hotel for our last three days of our holiday, which we then managed to enjoy greatly! The hotel misses the opportunity to make the most of its wonderful location and leaves a taste of disappointment.

Definitely the best hotel we stayed in Greece. Staff are very attentive, design is stylish, pool area is pleasant, facilities are great, all inclusive is also good with food different and available every day every hour. We got room with private pool which was so cozy.

everything was unexpectedly great!

- Very nice location (close to Main Street of Laganas and only 15 min from Zante town) - super clean and comfortable rooms - Buffet was amazing and super varied (Greek food) - confortable sunbeds - nice service of transfer with the Tesla (special thank to Stelios) - very nice decoration all around the hotel and outside

- Not really good insonorisation of the rooms (we can hear people outside on the bar terrace) - Pool sunbeds was always taken since early morning (there are sunbeds in the beach but paying)

the hotel was way better that I expected! great design and environment. the hotel manager ms Zanet and stelios, the PR Manager welcomed me from the very beginning and they were almost always available. my room and generally the hotel, is very well designed with many art elements (didn’t expect that!). I was at Zakinthos for work, so the countless areas with sofas, tables and workspaces were ideal for me to work on my mcbook during my stay. PS: the food was also very good. thanks for all, definitely this will be my accommodation choice for my next business trips at Zakinthos, as well.

The pool area is beautiful and I am told it’s only going to get better. I travel a lot but I can honestly say the staff are the nicest I have come across they couldn’t be more helpful and friendly.

The coffee for the all inclusive

Location, food, clean.

Lift was not working good in our building, we had to go up and down by foot with the kids. Probably you can fix it easily. I think sea-food like shrimps, octopus and similar, would be a nice addition. But in general food was very good.

The room was very nice , with a comfortable bed. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. I am very happy with the holiday!

I have no complaints, everything was wonderful!

We visited "Gardelli Resort" a few days ago for the second time. Great place for a relaxing family vacation! My son enjoyed swimming in the hotel pools and in the sea, and we enjoyed sunbathing on the new wooden deckchairs! The food was great, and the snacks too! He enjoyed a lot of sweets and ice cream!! The decoration and cleanliness of the rooms and the service of your kind staff are for 5 stars! Thank you very much for the hospitality, we will definitely be back next summer!! 🥰
