An oasis. Isann lodge is a destination itself. Love, love all the eco, reclaimed woods utilized to make this gorgeous place. The Director of Hospitality is spot on.

Isann Lodge is a beautiful oasis about 15 minutes with Tuk Tuk from Siem Reap. It has very nicely designed houses and the path leads trough a wonderful garden. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is nice, dinner is simple and quite cheap. To eat in the city is no problem, by Tuk Tuk it takes about 15 minutes and cost around 2,50 dollar. Via the hotel you can ask for a driver that does the small and big tours of the temples with you. Ask for Mr. Souy, he is a very careful and experienced driver and his prices are fair.

The fotos and descriptions of the rooms on the website suggest a little bit more luxury than you will find there. Our bungalow was a bit croocked and a little used up. So the owners put up the expectations a bit too high. That leads automaticelly to a little bit of a dissapointment. But for no reason, because for the price its really good for what you get.

Best place during our stay in Cambodia and Thailand. Loved everything. Good babybed as well.

We got to Isann Lodge, after a 20+hours of airports, and 5 hour drive from Phnom Penh, without luggage (it was lost in the third flight). So with not such great of a mood, we were so happy to find out, that our beautiful large room had: Hot water; tooth brushes; hair comb; great bathrobes, basically all we actually needed as a possible change for the next day and a half while waiting on our lost baggage to be send to Siem Reap airport. Delisious breakfast, super nice staff, amazing pool, and surroundings!!!

When asked about a service to Angkor Wat, airport pick up of our lost luggage, and drive to the bus stop from where we were to proceed with out Cambodian trip. The hotel added strange 5$ sunset, 5$ sunrise, 10$ to the bus stop, 15$ to the airport, and by the way there was suppose to be a free pick up (one way, from the airport), which after asking if it could be from a bus stop, and they agreed, we decided to get a car ride from Phnom Penh (not knowing if the buses would be on time and not wanting to keep the Lodge waiting on our info upon arrival)...Anyway a local man basically took us all the places we needed, for almost half the price the hotel wanted...It's logical and ok.

Very good natural environment with fantastic stuff highly recommended this hotel for visiting Siem Reap Cambodia.

This is a true escape from the city to a green and tranquil hotel, very clean and with extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and beds are equipped with mosquito nets. All of our family loved and enjoyed the swimming pool in between visits to the temples, which are not too far away. We were well looked after by our local Tuk Tuk driver who collected us from Siem Reap on arrival free of charge and chauffeured us to the temples over two days. There were four choices of breakfast, ranging from local and American selections.

Very nice pool and a hotel build in the jungle. Nice vegetation and decoration. Very friendly staff, welcoming and helpful. The room is extra spacious and the bathroom as well with both shower and a nice hotub. Very nice to relax after a morning tour in angkor having the pull and the trees for shadow. Plenty of sun of you want to sunbathe as well. It is far from the city main going out spots, around 10 min by tuk tuk which will cost you around 8$ round trip. So having it mind.

It is not very clean. We had some marks in our shits, the floor had stains and the bathroom mold in some areas. Not so much to not come again but it will need some improvement.

I love to stay here. Hidden gem in downtown. Facilities are convenient. Happy and helpful staff.

I booked this hotel room on Booking.com and it was over my expectation. Everything went well. So romantic, charming and comfortable place to spend your holiday in Siem Reap. The room was big and the bed was soft. Polite GM is another one of the best things in the hotel. Everyone should stay!

whole trip is spoilt because I left my handphone in my bag in the room. We allowed the cleaners in while we went out. I later found my handphone missing. when I wrote to them - no response was given. This is an unsafe place.

It's a beautiful property with trees surrounding a hidden pool in the middle of the property. Management and staff were very helpful. We were offered a free Tuk Tuk to pick up from the airport, the driver was friendly and gentle. Breakfast was a very good and good portion. We will definitely come back to this nice resort again.
