The best view of the lake

One of the rooms of apartment Guello has a door to the garage and so it is noisy when there is someone coming in or out. Not a very confortable room at all.

I loved everything about it.

Property was beautiful and well taken care off. The outdoor sauna was a wonderful addition. Staff was easy to contact and very easy going. would recommend it for groups of friends and families alike.

The property is of very high standard. There are 3 villas in total. we stayed in a villa called Bellagio. The views are phenomenal. our villa consisted of 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. the sofa in the lounge also converts to a bed. There is a big dinning table and we’ll equipped kitchen. There is a nice terrace area to sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake.

The property is a bit remote so ideally hire a car if you want to explore around. The nearest shops and restaurants are a bit far so better to stock up if you are staying for a while.

Fantastic apartment in a superb location with fantastic, elevated views over Lake Como from the open-plan kitchen/dining/living accommodation and the 2 main bedrooms as well as the beautiful outdoor areas. The apartment was exactly as described - modern, clean, spacious and with all the facilities you need. The heated pool, spa pool and sauna were all quite superb. Location is in one of the quietest parts on Lake Como - the lake shore is literally at the end of the garden and across the road. There was a good choice of 4 or 5 family-run bars and restaurants within a 15 minute walk and the local people were amizingly hospitable. We did not have a car but used the local bus service which was infrequent but reliable. The bus stop was at the botytome of the graden and it took c20 minutes to either Lecco or Bellagio, both well worth visiting. We also used the boat services with the local ferry stop a 15 minute walk away. We were looked after very well by Gloria who was on site during the daytime and easily contactable by telephone if needed at other times.

The apartment had 4 bedrooms and could technically sleep 10. We were 2 couples so it did not matter but there were only 2 bathrooms which might be an issue for larger, non-family groups.

The location was great pity the local buses don’t come often enough

Such a lovely property, located a short drive from Bellagio. It was a perfect way to end our honeymoon. We enjoyed taking advantage of the view of Lake Como and the sauna of course. I’d definitely recommend this property to couples or larger groups.
