Location ,staff and services are good

Room price is high with comparing to the other resorts and the facilities we get . Could have little bit cheaper

Locatuon, Ambience and Food spread. Loved this place right near Baga beach. Near to famous Tito's labe and some well known Shecks.

Non courteous & arrogant housekeeping staff. Front desk or reservation team unavailable for any queries during reservations. Inspite of making reservation through booking.com with free cancellation, we were threatened to release the room if we don’t pay them room advance just 2 days after reservation. No parking space available for our cars.

Found the attitude of the reception staff in particular the manager not very customer focused. It was almost arrogant. We had to complain on several occasions before the pool was cleaned. The resort took the remainder of the money as soon as we checked in perhaps this could have been left until checkout it was not as if we were going to runaway. We had also cancelled a room within the allotted free cancellation period but still have not received the refund for this. To this day I am still chasing the resort but will have to take this up with the credit card company.

it was all good. while booking we selected the room with breakfast included but on arrival we got the room without the breakfast.

all good just the breakfast selection was missing when we reached the property
