Pai sunt destule, din pacate : - Atitudinea staffului resortului lasa mult de dorit. - Acest resort se vrea de 4 stele ... pârț, va rog sa ma scuzati, e de maaaxim 3, margarete sau panselute ... - Sfat pt viitorii clienti, la pomul laudat sa nu va duceti cu sacul. Eu cu toate ca stiam ce e acolo si eram pregatit pt acest aspect, am ramas si mai dezamagit decat as fi banuit. - In online e marketat destul de bine resortul si promovat profi, cu atentie pe detalii, sa ia ochii potentialului client, dar din pacate, sincer, cu regret va spun ca realitatea e de fapt o trista amestecatura intre kitsch si mangleala de proasta calitate - Un mic advice in incheiere pt echipa manageriala sau pt cine e in masura sa ia decizii pe acolo ... fratilor, pt binele vostru va zic, pt profitul si succesul acestui bussines, concediati cat mai repede posibil tot stafful care se ocupa de piscinele resortului. Toata lumea se plange de atitudinea lor mizerabila si gratuita. Va rog sa va convingeti si dvs, nu am absolut niciun interes sa vorbesc lucruri nereale. Acesti pustani care sunt pusi acolo sa asigure buna mentenanta si sa preintampine eventualele probleme, sunt extrem de nesimtiti, va rog credeti ma, se comporta arogant si mai autoritar decat este cazul cu clientii resortului. Nu are sens, nu se justifica in niciun fel comportamentul lor, se poarta chiar abuziv si exagereaza in relatia cu clientul. Ba chiar raspund si urat si se simt deranjati daca le ceri vreo informatie, vreo explicatie, vorbesc la per tu cu clientii, pe un ton asa, care pare mai mult ca ne cearta. Eu personal si familia mea, chiar nu am avut nevoie de absolut nimic de la ei, nicio favoare, nicio concesie, ne am descurcat cu sezlongurile si am respectat toate regulile si indicatiile, fara sa cerem nimic si fara sa deranjam, dar ... am fost deranjati, de modul in care s au purtat si au vorbit cu noi si cu alti clienti. Nejustificat si de neacceptat un asemenea comportament fata de client.

The fact that the beach is quite far away. The resort is pretty expensive for what they offer, the normal price should have been at least half

The pool, the food variety, clean and comfortable room, the kind and amiable staff.

The sewage smell in the bathroom from time to time, the gym poorly equipped, some equipments not working properly and not worth the money (extra fee for this facility)

The food was OK, the room was small but comfortable. The kids playgrounds are great, they have a large one outside with a train, and an indoor playground with lots of nice toys and tables and chairs. The pools are also pretty good and the water was warm.

Not very clean, and extremely crowded, especially around meal-time.

I really liked the villas and the pool. Good and varied food.

The beach is not so close to the hotel. An intermediate parking lot is necessary for those who check in/check out.

We were 3 adults and 2 kids, stayed at a villa and it was very nice there and very good value for money. The food was good, the staff very helpfull and nice.

I didn't like the carpet on the floors because it retains moisture, also I would have liked a bigger window at the bathroom.
