The rooms were quite spacious and ours had a view to the swimming pool. I would give a good rate to the swimming pool: clean water, loungers, close to the bar and kinds had a lot of fun. It wasn't our first time here, so in the future we will return for sure.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything the neighbors do. The pillows are like stones and super high. Had to sleep without it. Cleanliness in the room was so so. Dirty corners.

The breakfasts were great, a lot of variety and choice. The room was fine, it had a fridge and a balcony and air conditioning. The TV has Bulgarian, Russian, English channels (from what I could understand). Towels are provided and housekeeping is carried out every day. I borrowed an iron from the reception and I know you can also borrow hairdryers. The location is great, very close to the beach and there are many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. I didn't use all the facilities the hotel offered, but there was a lot on offer.

The sound insulation is very poor, I could hear people snoring and using the toilet (in other rooms). The Wi-Fi connection is very bad, only suitable for checking email and messages. The staff wasn't very friendly. None of this is a deal-breaker for me but might be for other people.

Breakfast fair. Location well, just distance to the beach is more than what was in the description.

I choose this hotel and I pay the room with SEA VIEW and the hotel was unable to offer me this. They say I should call in advance and ask. I did contact Booking and suggested it was to solve the trouble locally. I consider booking did cheat me.

The room was nice and the cleaning ladies were kind

Breakfast was not fresh. Some of the employees were not nice to me. Wi-Fi was limited and didn’t reach my room properly. Hygiene was not optimal. There were stains on the curtains and the towels.

- Small parking place - Noisy neighbors and thin walls. They were laughing and drinking on the balcony till the morning. Nobody from the hotel was during the night, so I have to fix the issue by myself.
