The frint disk staff Mr. Mansour mohammad and mrs Ayshah They were very supportive and professional. I will come again next time just for them U r lucky to have such a front disck staf like them

Location is bang in the centre of all the happening party spots. Staff are exceptional, Reception head Mr Mansoor and team treated us like close friends from the minute we entered the lobby. Rooms are spotless.

The Reception Help desk employee took picture of national ID of my wife on his personal mobile which considered mis-behavior and I warned him to erase it immediately , this is bad attitude to intervene our relation, he should take photo copy machine for her national ID with me for Hotel reservation purpose and recording , I have no problem , Just I present my electronic Government Entity on my phone, he was embarrassed , she is my wife and mother of my holy two kids and stopped him to do so as he is doubting our relations !!!!, I talked to the Manager and the Manager was understanding the situation as not be repeated again , it was late 11:30 PM as I raised question to him (are you police officer to investigate our relation??? It is not acceptable by all means to intervene the Family Privacy . I need the hotel to take care of such type of behaviors which will reflect badly on their reputations as I am regular customer to them and I respect the country regulations very much .

Good Location, Big rome size. But to reach the car parking I need to take 2 different elevator and walk a long way!. the room was not clean. the swimming pool was close. I recommend the couples & the families to stay away from this hotel.

The location of the main attractions in the city. Great staff and value for the cost of the room. Great happy hour specials at the hotel and fantastic customer service. Whatever you ask of the management to help you accommodate, they will. Guest friendly.

Terrible room service. Do not order the hotel food, less than satisfactory. Some of the shower fixtures needed to be fixed and the refrigerator was moldy.
