Es war einfach alles nach unseren Erwartungen. Gute Lage, bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück. Auch der Service Empfang war sehr freundlich, geduldig und Lösungsorientiert. Danke!

Das Buchungssystem ist auf mobile Geräte ausgelegt, was ja nicht schlecht ist. Gleichwohl sind diese Dienste auf meinem Firmenhandy und Laptop nicht verfügbar gewesen. Unzählige Mails (Buchungsbestätigung, Vorab-Check-In, Ihr Zimmer ist bereit, Ihr Schlüssel liegt bereit.....in Summe 6-8 Mails). Frühstück war sehr überschaubar.

Good price, clean and comfortable, free underground parking and inclusive breakfast.

Check-in machine wasn’t working properly. We tried 3 different cards until finally a 4th card worked. Our other cards were working with no problems before and also after we stayed at the hotel so clearly there is a problem with the machine which delayed our check-in and made the process quite frustrating.

Rooms were super comfy and the check in procedure is quite smooth. We loved the breakfast and the view of mountains from window :)

Many thanks to the receptionist, we were checking in on Sunday which the self-service hotel staff was supposed on weekend holiday, but he still come specially for assitance us to check in. Super nice guy, really appreciate him!
