De vriendelijke eigenaren en hun honden. We verbleven in een prettig schoon appartement met toegang tot een terras en met ontbijt met onze eigen hond. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd er was van alles. De grilavond met muziek op woensdagavond was erg leuk en is een aanrader. Verder ligt Molino Nuovo ideaal voor een bezoek aan Bologna en andere mooie steden in de omgeving zoals Ferrara. De tip om met de trein naar Bologna te gaan vanuit Pietro S. Was top.

San Pietro is niet zo veel te beleven.

Uns hat die Lage zum Golfplatz gut gefallen. Ausserdem ist es abseits und sehr ruhig. Cristina ist sehr nett und extrem hilfsbereit.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Dinge sollten repariert bzw. renoviert werden. Der Pool ist sehr klein und nicht sauber bei unserem Aufenthalt. Hat und nicht angemacht dort reinzuhüpfen. Ausserdem sind Alpakas in der Poolarea eingezäunt. Das hilft nicht mit der Hygiene - ist aber cool diese zu sehen.

Schöne, ruhige Lage mitten in der Prärie. (Etwas kleiner) Poolmitten in der Landschaft. Herzliche Gastgeberin, die versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen- Bahnhof gut zu erreichen (ca. 10 min mit dem Auto). wenn man z.B. Bologna besuchen will. Nettes Restaurant unter Bäumenn mit ausgezeichneter Fleischqualität (vom Holzkohlegrill).

Keine Terrasse bei den Wohnungen, aber das weiß man an Hand der Beschreibung. Restaurant war unter der Woche schon geschlossen (Mitte September). Sehr großer Wohnraum in der 80 qm-Wohnung, etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Keine Spülmaschime.

L'Agriturismo Molino Nuovo è tutto questo, relax, cortesia, tranquillità, cibo buono e aria buona. Da tornare e ritornare...

Very friendly hosts, good food and would stay again and most likely we will next year. Easy to find and not that far from our route.

Nothing everything was great.

Perfect place, calm, you can sit outside on evening, very good food, nice bed and rooms with kitchen, very kind owners. We love animals and there are dogs, cats and horses in garden. Free parking

Nothing, everything was perfect

Very nice host. We were traveling with 10month old baby and we could check in earlier around 12 o'clock. Food just excellent, it just made our stay there. Highly recommended for the food lovers.

There was a music- and BBQ night the day We stayed there. Very nice! The poolarea was also appreciated since it was hot. The hostess, Cristina, was very nice. Good parking, fully equipped kitchen.

The fan helped since it was hot but aircondition would have been great!

Overall I felt the very high scoring ( which is why I booked ) didn’t reflect the accommodation on offer which was by far the most basic we experienced on our tour. Equally it was the cheapest. Normally I find Booking.com scorings are very indicative and I always focus on 9+ so I was expecting more. I accept I may have been unrealistic. We were only there overnight so maybe we didn’t see it at it’s best however I make the following observations ; If the restaurant isn’t open you need to head into town for food / supplies ( best en route ) Only 2-3km but you need to be aware if arriving late. The second bedroom wasn’t really suitable for adults in my view ( beds were small ) unless it’s just an overnight crash. The AC unit was in the corridor to the two bedrooms which I thought strange and inefficient ( two smaller units in the bedrooms would make more sense and keep those rooms cool when needed ) As there had been a storm it didn’t really impact on us to be fair. I also felt the outside space needed some TLC. The pool looked quite basic ( we didn’t use ) and the view as you see it on the photos is compromised by a factory of some sorts. There were a lot of flies ( maybe down to the storm ) which were annoying when you were eating / in bed. The owner seemed nice and looking at other reviews the breakfast looked good but we’d passed on that to move onto Verona for breakfast so can’t comment.

Beautifull and cosy place! The design of the appartment is very special. Beds are comfortable also fully equiped kitchen with coffie machine. Sparkly clean. And most importantly the owners are very warm and wellcoming peaople that made us feell like home! The argentinian asado we had in the restarunt was amazing!

We liked everything!

Fantastic stay, everything we where looking for. Peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, Christina is a amazing host. Baby donkeys, loving dogs and cute cats... what else!

Breakfast was great and the home-cooked dinners great value for money. Hosts very accommodating.

I liked the family friendliness and atmosphere. It’s a farm, people work there with passion. That was great to see. The hosts were welcoming and super friendly. We had everything we needed during our stay and good tips for the area, too. Restaurant was very nice too. Homemade food and BBQ.

The rooms might need a little makeover. But that’s not too important

A beautiful place, huge room and very clean, lovely surroundings and very kind and helpful hosts! Excellent breakfast with both sweet and salty things (cheese, ham, eggs, not very common in hotels in Italy). The only problem was that we could only stay for one night. We would really love to visit again and enjoy this beautiful place!

Maybe a bit more knives for bread slicing etc, and some more cutlery accessories would be useful :-)

The hosts were so friendly and spoke very good English. The Agriturismo itself is very cosy and there are many adorable animals. We had everything we needed, even a breakfast to go was prepared the day we left. The restaurant was good. However, you should keep in mind that there are not very many vegetarian options (but the hosts then prepare you something that suits your needs!)

We had a great night at Christina's appartments. She is so nice, it is beautiful and quiet and the restaurant next door, also part of the complex is great, food is perfect. Breakfast was really really fantastic, we could aks for anything!
