The bed is quite comfortable, the bathroom is a nice size and the place was clean

This is not a hotel, it is an inn. As an inn it is OK, but tell people what they are getting so they know what to expect and make their choice accordingly. There are no hotel facilities. The rooms are tiny. There is one guy at reception some of the time who means well but cannot help very much with tourist information. They advertise the place as having AC, but then when it's not working they say things like "it's not really summer yet so you're not meant to be using it"....

Ideal position for access to central London. Rooms were adequate for what we were looking for.

Breakfast was limited so we decided to eat out, rooms were clean but needed some updating, shower in one of our room was very small, no milk provided for drinks?

Hotel was easy to find and the check-in was quick and easy. Room is well equipped with the necessities (mini fridge, air conditioner, hair dryer, tv, kettle, clean towels etc). Neighborhood is quiet and it’s near street in which are all the shops and restaurants that you will possibly need.

Walls are paper thin so I could hear the people in the next room loud and clear. Also, even with the windows completely closed I heard everything going on outside (people passing by, talking, cars etc). Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I didn’t felt quite safe because it seemed like everyone can come into the hotel even if they’re not guests in it. Bare in mind that there is 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest tube station and that the city centre is quite far.

Golders Green high Street is absolutely spot on. Tube is 10 minute walk.

We arrived earlier than expected expecting to leave our luggage and go out. The room was ready, clean and well equipped, The staff friendly and helpful.

There is no lift which might be a problem for some.

The walls are thin, so you can hear everything in the hall. The flush in the toilet was not working very good. But generally the place is very nice and clean.

The owner was a very charming man !

bit of a walk from the station but not too bad

Kosher, nice breakfast, nice lobby, kind staff, brought us all the Jewish related items, like: shabos candles, shabos cattle, shabos hot stove and the help of a non jewish worker for shabos. Close to Beit Habad, kosher restaurants and to public transportation.
