The breakfast was absolutely delicious, fresh croissants every day, toast, fruit, coffee, everything was so great! Alessio was so helpful and friendly, communication with him was really easy, he is always in touch in case you need something. Two beautiful beaches were close to the accommodation, the Poetto beach 15 minutes walking, the Cala Mosca beach 20 minutes walking, both of them also accessible by bus, the bus station is 3 minutes walking from the accommodation. Also supermarket is really close, next to the bus station (open everyday). If you want visit the city centre, you can take a bus which goes really frequently, after 10-15 minutes you are there. A very good restaurant is also near there, pizza, burgers, ice cream.... whatever you want. And then many restaurants at the Poetto beach of course. The accommodation is very nice, bed was so comfortable, beautiful kitchen and terrace, rooms are clean, the place is really quiet, nothing is disturbing you. Staying there was unforgettable, thanks for everything! :)

Alessio is a very careful and helpful host. I was given many tips on where to go or what to do. The room is super comfortable, spacious, and clean. When I say clean I mean super and nicely clean! It was also great to be able to use a big wardrobe and writing desk. If you travel and work at the same time, it is very useful to also have a quiet place to work. The bus stops are very close, the supermarket is just across the street. You can easily park your rented car on the street which I highly appreciated.

The area is not the best or nicest. It is advisable to have a car or take a bus. But it depends, of course, on expectations. I knew I wouldn't be in the center, so it can't even be taken as a critique.

Our experience in Alessio's BnB was amazing, way better than what we could ever expect. First of all, Alessio is the kind of host that welcomes and embraces you, instantly making you feel at your own home. He was very kind and took some of his time to explain us the best places to visit in Cagliari and the beaches nearby, gave us lots of useful tips and we're more than grateful for that. Also..the breakfast! It is definetly something that need to be mentioned, as Alessio prepares the greatest coffee and it goes really well with the fresh pastry that he brings. The accommodations are great, the room is cozy and comfortable and also very clean. The apartment has markets and restaurants nearby, which is a must. Also, the access to the city center is quite easy and close. In conclusion, this is the type of BnB we would consider a rarity, and if you ever have the opportunity to visit Sardinia, if this place is your first option, we can assure you that you'll bring home more memories and experiences and also a friend. We really enjoyed staying at Alessio's place. He is such a nice guy, always there to help you. He was more like a friend to us than a host. Everyday he served us delicious breakfast on a balcony with some wonderful views, giving a few options to choose from. The rooms are clean, spacious and air-conditioned, each with its own private bathroom. There is also a supermarket and a pretty "Good" restaurant nearby.

Well, a small disadvantage for us was that we couldn't use the kitchen.

The owner picked up the bread from the bakary every morning, and had fresh coffee. Simple, and it was really nice way to start the morning with small chat with him. He is genuine Sardinian who had traveled all over the world. Speaks very good English, and his suggestions (for planning the days) are really useful. Big supermarket nearby opens 8-22.

the best feature is the cool guy who runs the place :) room is climated, bed and bathroom are big, was really enjoyable. can't do anything wrong going to alessios place :)

Very nice host. He recommends you the best beaches in the surrounding as well as the best restaurants! In general very nice place, the beach of Cagliari is close. We can highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in Cagliari. We would absolutely go there a second time.
