Be careful if you don't like stairs. Its quite a walk on the way up and there is no one to carry your bags down when you leave.

Grazia, Alessandros mother, is a wonderful and charming host of Arcipelago. She makes your stay absolutely special, wants you to feel at home without being intrusive. The rooms are beautiful, an old palace renovated in modern style, with contemporary design and all comfort you need. Wonderful beds and mattrasses for good sleep, perfect bathroom. The breakfast is absolutely great - not what you normally get and expect in Italy - but due to Grazia's worldwide traveling she understands their guest's needs and their tastes for starting the day. Will definitely come and stay there again!

everything was just perfect - there is nothing to complain!

what we like the most about the property wise it’s charm and the personal attention we received from the owner. She went above and beyond what we were expecting. Very friendly. Very professional. as far as the decoration and style was a very unique combination of the old and the very modern done with a lot of taste.

The only thing that wise of a bit of a problem what is the access to it, having to climb three floors of a very steep stairway, but that is not unusual in Europe. The apartment was a renovation within a very old historical structure. It could, though represent a problem for elderly folks or people with some disability.

Fabulous location, lovely accommodation and very comfy beds but most of all a fantastic welcome and service from Grazia, the host. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

location is perfect. it’s in the Marina district, great seafood restaurants around each corner, cafes everywhere, the owner is amazing. She makes sure the needs of her guest are taking care of.

Typical Italian older building no elevator. it’s a steep 3 story walk. if you’re in good shape it’s not a problem, but if your have a bad hip or knees it’s a different story.

Elegant property in the heart of the city, could not ask for more, lovely breakfast in bright and comfortable breakfast room, friendly service with a big smile. Fabulous beds.

everything was nice, only it should be noted that there are many stairs to climb. There is no elevator, so be aware if you have trouble walking.

The place was great and very clean. The room is beautifully furnished, and the bathroom is very well equipped. Grazia welcomed us and made a perfect breakfast every morning. She is very friendly and kind and made sure that we have everything we need. We would like to stay at this place again.

Grazia is an absolute gem! She understands the true definition of hospitality and communication with her has been very pleasant! The room is located right in the city center and is extremely clean. WiFi works as it should and the airconditioning works amazingly too! Breakfast is served every morning by Grazia and it’s great! Parking is easy. Metropark is basically just around the corner. It is true that you do need to take some steps before reaching the apartment, but that was absolutely no problem for us.

Great location, close to major tourist attractions; room was small but very clean, confortable and cozy; good breakfast. Grazia was a great host, she was always able to help us with restaurant and sights tips.

Bear in mind that the apartment is on the third floor without lift. Not for the unfit.

The place was amazing! Right in the heart of the centre of town. Easy to get to all the amazing restaurants and places to visit and our host was exceptional! Cannot recommend this place enough!

There are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! Big, and pillows were so nice. If you want to have nice sleep that’s a good choice. Room was big and comfy. Nice furnished and renovated. Mostly clean. Owner will prepare breakfast for you, there is a big choice what you prefer to eat. Sweet, savory, you can get eggs the way you like. Location is perfect, close to airport, marina and old town. All restaurants and gelaterias. The room is on the third floor, but if you need help with your luggage there’s a person to help you.

Towels need to be changed for new, because the ones they have smelt like old rag, even “fresh”. I would do better dusting and vacuuming. There is a tv, but with literally 4 channels, so I don’t understand why haveing TV at all. I wasn’t a big fun of a kitchen space (where you will eat your breakfast), because when you eat, the owner is with you like in a private home or hostel, but it’s not like it’s a big problem, just not everyone would feel comfortable. Take into consideration that the parking spots are public and this part of a city is busy. And mostly it’s paid. But we always had a good spot and didn’t spend that much money.

Great location for anyone arriving in Cagliari by train. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, Nicola and Grazia were attentive and friendly, making us feel at home. the room was very comfortable and we high recommend staying here. Fresh eggs and coffee in the morning were a yummy bonus!

just a warning to anyone with less mobility as the hotel is on the third floor and the access is only through stairs.

Grazia seems to be the nicest Person on earth. It was like visiting your family (these ones you like😉). In adition the room was very clean and really comfortable. And Grazia did everything to feel welcome!!! It was a pleasure even we stayed just two nights. Thank you Grazia😘 P.s.: There is a Restaurant ("Impasta") just 100 metres to the right - best Pizza!

Loved everything about our stay here! Grazia was beyond welcoming and eager to offer recommendations for food and activities in the area! Amazing croissants and coffee for breakfast, easy location to get in and out of… Truly can’t say enough good things!
