The spa wasn't working, when calling agent they didn't call me back. The exit at back gate on the outer side needed fixing (uneven step down). No info on the undercover parking and remotes

Location. Roomy and comfortable. Great upstairs balcony. Needs an Expresso machine. Great tv. Towels need updating. Whole house is dated but has been well built and looked after.

Unable to use middle gate to beach

Location was excellent... easy walk to restaurants, shops and pub.

Air conditioning wasn't working in living/dining/kitchen area downstairs (whole ground level) or upstairs main bedroom which made the stay very unpleasant as North Queensland in January has temps in the mid 30's and very high humidity. Property agents (Tropical Holidays) were aware of this issue as when contact was made by us, after we had unpacked and ascertained air con was not working, they advised electrician had previously attended and ordered parts - however we were NOT advised that air conditioning wasn't working before we arrived.

Amazingly comfortable with epic location. Heaven in FNQ and we are locals.

Beautifully & generously appointed, spacious, 3bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment right on the beachfront. Very close walking distance to shops & weekend markets. Direct access into apartment from lock up garage is handy for unpacking/packing.

Nothing - but worth noting for those with mobility problems that the apartment is over 3 levels. Garage level, living areas & then bedrooms.
