The facilities are not properly labeled, staff are not accommodating and easily sah I don't know. They are rude and would not recommend this place to anyone. The experience caused more stress and a leisurely experience. Complaint will be sent in writing to the hotel manager. There were many incidents that took place in our short stay. Very and that this is what the tourism industry has become.

When we book Chalets we only see Hotel pictures And rooms, wen get there shuttle take us were we didn't see pictures. I suggest they must put Chalets pictures online too, so that we know wat we are expecting.

The room was comfortable and all of us slept on the bed not sleeper couch.The utensils were not adequate and the TV had limited channels.

The chalets have lost that spunk it used to be a really gorgeous place but now you cant stay more than two days you immediately miss home😂😂I wish it can be fixed we have so many memories there and want our kids to also experience the place, it was their first time and they made us vow never to take them back..quite sad!

When i booked a extra night the rate was double my booking price but it is fine but they messed up my deposit so i didn't get the whole deposit back

Lots of loud music from camp area - we had to lodge a complaint. Starting singing and making a noise again after midnight. Very disappointed that the Aquadome was closed. When we booked we were not informed that it was closing.

The Chalets are outdated and depressing

Emerald resort and casino is for everyone really, it has no age limitations. I went with my mother and grandmother this time. We stayed in the chalets-self catering , they were as shown on Booking.com. Everything was there, eg pots, dinner set, cutlery set etc.. Ours was to bring the food! They really enjoyed their stay. They wished to extend their stay. And thank goodness it did not rain the the day we were supposed to go for the Game drive +animal zoo, to top that off they enjoyed the warm swim at Aquadome. Thank you so much Emerald staff, you never disappoint!
