Room was not ready until after 15:00

Everything I needed including aircon was in the room. It was clean and comfortable. The desk is a but small for work.

Breakfast area was too small and staff was overwhelmed.

The location is great, the breakfast is delicious and simple.

The quiet and private environment. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend anyone whose looking for a quiet business environment to stay here.

The breakfast. The eggs were crispy and the sausage undercooked.

Quarto pequeno, porém com cama macia e confortável. Silencioso. Chuveiro quente com jato de água forte. Secador de cabelos. Estação de trem, linha aeroporto ORTambo, na esquina. Tempo de percurso do trem de/para o aeroporto 15 minutos. Praça Nelson Mandela ao lado, com shopping e muitas opções de alimentação.

Para melhorar ainda mais, poderia ter um frigobar no quarto.

Location and security is 100%. I usually stay here for shopping trips when i travel solo and i always feel very safe because of the location and friendly staff in the lobby. there's a great vibe at the hotel, relaxed / modern / clean. this time i travelled with my kids and they loved it because they were right at nelson Mandela Square and literally 10 footsteps away from the mall.

TV channels are extremely limited. there is only one movie channel and a handful of sports and SA soap opera channels. would love to see at least one more movie channel service in the breakfast café was very slow and inconsistent which is a shame because the breakfast selection is really nice. Both hot and cold options including the pastries and fresh fruit, but it should get replenished for the duration of the breakfast service times. some visits ive stayed and found they set up a tea/coffee buffet which works great. other times ive stayed, you order your tea and it can take up to 10 minutes. breakfast is from 6:30- 10am, but if you go after 8:30, i found they never replenished the cold / buffet items. they would just tell you they were finished for the day. i don't think this is a good response to have at a hotel. the juice dispenser was also never replenished. I also kept getting reminded that my room did not include breakfast and I would have to pay - which i was fine with, but didn't enjoy the constant reminders.

The staff welcoming was warmly. The location is best. The room was very clean. Their English Breakfast was good.

There's nothing I did not like about the place.

Location was spot on. Directly across the road from Nelson Mandela square . You walk across the road into the square precinct area.

No reading lights worked There was no vent fan in the bathroom No dstv No netflix Stars sat channels and some had no sound whilst others had sound Pillows were extremely.soft . Breakfast team were.not ready and setup for breakfast at the time advised by check in staff. Wasn't sure what was available inclusive or what was extra to be paid for . Consequently missed out on a decent breakfast .

Location was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the shower pressure was excellent.

The aircon in my room squeaked so loudly I couldn’t run it at night. The shower head was also leaking at the top, so it sprayed water ALL over the bathroom every time I showered. The tv did not work on the second day - reported but never fixed. It would also have been nice to have more than one hanger in the closet.

Honestly was happy with the Stuff so friendly and the rooms were being cleaned so well. When ever i needed help it was being done Timely

The only thing that maybe i lacked was the Bar. Please atleast if you could find somewher to open a Bar

My first room could cast from my phone to the TV but that option was not available on my return trip. But its not a train smash.

Location is the best thing about this hotel.

There was no hot water when I was there. There is also some visible wear and tear in the furniture and bathroom. Very limited channel selection on their TVs and only like 5 of them showed anything.

Service beyond poor at breakfast restaurant. Food was fair.

The rooms were clean

- the construction going on, didn’t feel safe. - second day there they didn’t put towels for us after cleaning and when we informed them they said they didn’t have any clean ones available so we spent the day without towels till the following day. - sometimes we would call reception and the phone would go unanswered - 3rd night there, there was so much noise from 22pm and it continued till around 6am, people were having a sort of drink up chill about 3 rooms, doors opened and would make alot of noise in the passage through the night on the 5th floor. Tried calling reception to control them but my calls went unanswered. - stuff kitchen was slow.

The ongoing refurbishments to the reception area and new rooms make a massive difference in the look and feel of the hotel. Felt like a completely different hotel that I had stepped into, particularly since I was there the previous week. This is the first time that I was in a refurbished room and was impressed.

Pillows are a little too soft for me.

Breakfast was included with the room, it was okay but could have been better.

The location is central . I cannot rate the breakfast as I never had it.

Going downstairs for tea. It would be great if there was a kettle in the room
