Not much.

A/C didn’t work. Had to switch rooms multiple times Water (Forget about Hot) barely came out of the shower head. Neighborhood was sketchy. Rooms smell like raw sewage.

No está mal, pero esta muy muy lejos del centro de puerto maldonado… recomendable solo para estancias de una noche previas a tour por la selva…

Stayed here twice once before going to the rainforest.and once afterwards. Lovely spacious hotel which is very clean. Nice new bar area. Breakfast on the top floor and there's fresh juice tea or coffee lovely soft rolls with jam and eggs. Staff were very helpful getting taxis and helping me with my trips. Hot water when you come out of the rainforest was much appreciated.

No lift but it wasn't a problem as the staff helped with my suitcase. Location is out of town but only £1 with tuktuk and nice to be away from the busy town.

WiFi didn’t work well. advertised as having hot water but didn’t work for me - was warm for maybe 20 seconds then turned to cold (would get some more warm water if you turned off and on again).

We liked this hotel a lot: welcoming stuff, good breakfast was good, hot water and conditioner worked very well. It was very quiet at night. We later stayed in other place and regret. Highly recommend!

Terrace or balcony would be nice to have. No elevator. Surrounding is not so glamorous, unpaved street. For some reason tuk-tuk drivers didn't know where the hotel is located.

The property itself is great, but it isn’t in a great area. I was robbed on the way to a restaurant. However, Sergio from the hotel was an absolute star and really looked after us. He stayed with us when we went to the police station and made sure we were ok. Best thing about our stay was Sergio, the staff are amazing.
