Creo que tiene mucho potencial para mejorar. El aire acondicionado en cada habitación es lo mejor. Solo le hace falta supervisar el trabajo y poner un poco más de atención al orden y la limpieza. El desayuno podría mejorar ampliamente, y sin mayor gasto. Los empleados son muy amables, pero necesitan ser adiestrados, les falta educarse en el servicio al cliente. Creo que una mejor dirección, supervisión y control les vendría muy bien.

La limpieza de la piscina y los baños. En el baño no hay disponible toallas de mano y tampoco un lugar donde colocar los utensilios de aseo. No hay donde colgar las toallas del cuerpo tampoco. Una de las luces en la habitación no funcionaba y no la cambiaron. Pedimos una lámpara para la mesa de noche, pero tampoco llego. El desorden a la vista en la recepción, que son cosas que fácilmente pueden mejorar. Y la atención en el desayuno, que puede mejorar solamente manteniendo calientes los alimentos y mejorando la vajilla (los platos son muy pequeños) y el uso de servilletas de papel dobladas, por ejemplo. Podrían poner mosquiteros en las ventanas de los baños y así evitar que entren los bichos por la noche y cuando llueve, llenando la habitación de estos.

Quiet interior rooms. Table with chairs in room. Big supermarket close by. Drinking water in lobby. Hot water with good pressure.

A long but interesting walk to Plaza Armas through a non touristy zone.

Stayed here for a day before heading out to the amazon the next morning. The owner and staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and cozy. The location was safe and convenient for us to commute from. The owner was also nice enough to let us store our luggage there while we went to the amazon so that we did not have to haul our heavy suitcases into the jungle.

No complaints in regards to the hotel. But while we were in puerto maldonado, restaurants felt scarce and it took some time to find somewhere to eat. But it could be that we had bad luck that day.
