The receptionist cum front desk manager and cleaning staff were good

we have booked Ac room but they told no ac room available and rate was same for it also we have booked another room which was shown in pic while booking but gave us a worst room there was no ac no attractive room in washroom no handwash and bodywash n all it was not good not as shown in pic

I booked 3 days hotel stay but non of the single day room cleaning has happened. It is already executed to the reception counter, but it was not happening any day.

Dirty linen, bedsheets, pillows, covers and shawls, bathroom mat. Disappointed. Muddy and brown patches all over.
