location is convenient because it os close to a tram. for someone who can’t start a morning without coffee, the free coffee was a plus and the gummies.

They ask for high deposit but they don’t have room sleepers. It says free toiletries but there is no toothbrush & toothpaste. we were a group of four but the room only has two towels, so I have to go down to get additional ones.

Wi-fi was really slow, we had to work (online sessions with video) but it was almost impossible. It was unexpectable and inconvenient and caused a lot of problems for us. We contacted reception but they answer that many people use it - and so what? Reloading did’t solve the problem. If the capacity is not enough, please accelerate it. Very limited space on kitchen. 2 days! the elevator was broken. At the day of our departure we had to manage 7 pieces of our very heavy luggage by hands from 10 floor! We asked for the help at the reception, they promised to send somebody, but nobody appeared and helped. Absolutely was not worth for money we paid. Overpriced as many hotels (considering location - outside Paris).

It was fantastic.

Well located, fully equipped apartments with extremely helpful and nice staff. Very clean. They allowed us to park a car way before the check-in and explained everything thoroughly, assisted during our stay in every way.

There was a strange smell in the apartment like it was not vented for quite a while, and the levator didn't go down from our floor (although if someone would go up one floor and bring it down it would work - which is not very convenient with the suitcases).

In general it is good standard hotel. Good personel, availability of books at the reception desk, free water and coffee. The room and in general venue was clean.

Gym should have slightly better equipped.
