El departamento es muy amplio y completo, cuenta con lavarropas, horno, microondas, vajilla, secador de pelo, hasta plancha! La Torre Eiffel puede visitarse caminando y el resto de las atracciones en metro ya que quedan un poco más lejos del dto. El Agua de la ducha sale perfecta, los toallones pueden secarse en el baño ya que dispone de estufa eléctrica. Me resultó muy cómoda tanto la instalación como la ubicación y el trato del personal fue muy cordial 👌

Very clean (Thanks Ron!). Sofabed of great quality and comfortable. Nice overall. Staff was very available and helpfull via Whatsapp.

The bed is very comfortable. We slept very well during our stay there. It is convient for shopping, eating and taking metro.

Sometimes it was very noisy due to the metro and the 2nd floor neighbor, especially the last one.

The apartment is very well decorated and located short distance from 2 metro stations (10 mins max walking). Bed was very comfy and little attentions such as bottles of water, crisps, shower gel made us feel at home immediately. Communication with owner was flawless and great ! I Highly recommend :)

We had agreed with the owner that we could leave the apartment at 1:00PM but in the meantime, the owner got his phone stolen (these are things that can happen, and we totally understand)because of that, he did not remember of our late departure . For this reason, the person who cleans the flat rang at the door at 10:30. We had just woken up and the Building superintendant living next door took part into the conversation and wanted us out immediately because, per her own word "the cleaner, her is working" (making us understand that because we were enjoying, we should hurry and leave ASAP the apartment), she insisted "heavily" and had to tell her in the end that we had paid for it ! We did as quick as possible to leave the apartment and showered in a rush, which was not the best way to finish our stay. In the meantime I was on the phone with the owner who apologized for the confusion and who was very nice to us :) Long story short: Would be great to remind the building superintendant that she is not the owner of the Flat and would better calm down, keep her mouth shut and not behave as the owner of the apartment neither the queen of the building.

- Garbage collection right outside the window makes it noisy - very hard to get good sleep - Cleaners right outside the door at 630am every morning, including weekends (separate from the garbage collection outside the window) - Noise from the apartment between at 3a - 4am, resulting in poor sleep quality - The owner used fairly rude words and blamed us for boing noisy -- threatening us to "leave immediately without refund", without checking whether it was us or another apartment (the one above us) that was noisy. Finally, the room description is misleading. I searched for 2 adults, 2 kids ages 12yr and 16yr, when this apartment came up as " 1 Double bed, 2 Sofa Beds". In reality, one of the sofa bed is actually similar to a La-Z-boy recliner, not useable as a bed at all. Made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably.
