This apartment is excellent - super clean and comfy and the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. There is a Tesco Express litterly on the doorstep for stocking up. Bow Road and Mile End tube stations are a 2 min walk away - easy access to everywhere in London. We attended a concert in the O2 and it was only 15 mins back tot he apartment with 1 tube change. Key collection was from a local shop - all went perfectly. The apartment is located in a quiet location. We will definitely stay here again.

2 adults and 3 children. We have been very comfortable in the apartment. Modern, clean, cozy and well connected to central London by train.

Great location and very spacious flat. Internet did not work but Jose was very responsive and organised this to be resolved the next day.

Single beds were squeaky, so every time you moved you woken by the squeaky noise of the bed. No instructions were provided on how to work the heating. No tea, milk or coffee pods provided. Master bed pillow had black soiled marks on it.

The apartment is very spacious and lovely, the beds in both bedrooms are very comfy, and two bathrooms is a real asset. Very quiet and calm surroundings, excellent sleep. Convenient location in between two tube stations, Mile End and Bow Road, and with Tesco just around the corner. Perfect instructions on key collection and finding the apartment. We had everything we needed for our stay and can definitely recommend this property to a family or a group of good friends.

there are a few issues that require attention and once fixed would become a fabulous apartment. bathroom un finished ceiling where pipe has been put. damp patches on the ceiling in main bathroom and on the walls. kettle needs replacing as no on off switch had to put my finger well in to kettle to switch it on so dangerous and mixer tap in kitchen needs replacing as hot water side has broken handle.

Apartment clean & comfortable. Plenty of room for our family stay. Nice quiet area and no issues with noise from neighbourhood.

dirty pots & pans left in the dishwasher from previous user ?? no utensils for use with the frying pan or wok ..cups dirty inside .. we did enjoy our stay & Jose was very helpful with our entrance which was my fault using the key for the outside door which I managed to rectify. also with a taxi number that we needed.

We really loved the whole apartment. It was perfectly located for our concert at Queen Elizabeth Park, which was our main reason to choose it. The apartment is very close to tube and DLR stations. The apartment itself is excellent; there is so much space and the owners had supplied everything we could have needed. We were limited by the train strike on one of our two full days so didn't do much, but it was a lovely place to relax and watch some films we had taken along. It was extremely clean and we would love to go back at some point. Thank you very much.

Amazing accommodation. Very well equipped. Two large bed and bathrooms. Very clean and a great bang for the buck. I would 100% go back here when traveling to London again

Could use some extra curtains in the bedrooms

Convenient location close to Underground stations (20 minutes from main sightseeing sites) and Olympic Park (walking distance 15-20 minutes). East end neighbourhood is OK, doesn't feel unsafe even by night. Apartment is perfect for family of 4-6 pax and hosts are always available. It is clean, spacious and well equipped (good kitchen). Tesco supermarket 7am-11pm round the corner is a bonus.

Only downside is having to pick up the keys from a store 5 minutes away, which were extremely strict with the time. We got there at 2:30pm and because it was mandated to release keys from a safe box at 2:45pm, we had to wait!

Spacious, comfort and very clean apartments. Easy late check inn. Sally met us and answered for our questions. She was very kind and pleasant. the communication before reservation was perfect. Thanks a lot for warm welcome. Highly recommend the apartments. They are good for 5-6 persons.
