No breakfast this time but have been happy before. Staff friendliness and relaxed atmosphere are biggest selling points. Bar crew was fantastic this time around (I had my first proper Pegu Club this side of the Nile as a matter of course!!)

One item is sort of obvious that the area/corridor for reception/guest greeting is too narrow. When guests arrive with luggage the entrance for others is blocked. Though I do realise it is not an easy fix

This lovely hotel is a delight. Beautiful interior, fabulous rooms with the most comfortable bed. The staff are also exceptional....the whole ambience is quiet and calmness. There is no doubt we will stay again. Thank you.

I visited London with my partner for his birthday. We are loyal customers of the Zetter Hotel and Zetter Townhouse in Cletkenwell. we wanted to the Zetter Townhouse Marylebone. our stay was pleasabt in every way, bothing special but really nothing bad until out last day there. When we checked out we were told that we could stay and wait for our taxi to the airport. We were shown a table and we started to wait. 30 mins later thr batman showed up and asked us to vacate the table unless we consume something. ı explained that I was a gotel customer but this didn’t make a difference. We asked the manager to help. He told us to sit by the door and wait. ı was never kicked out of a venue before in my life. This incident completely ruined our Lo don visit. Obviously, never again Zetter.

The staff were genuinely very friendly and helpful. Location was good.

We stayed for 2 nights and were disappointed to find, on returning to our room the second evening that it hadn't been cleaned. No fresh water/ tea was provided, bed not turned down. When i asked at reception I was told i needed to notify the staff if I wanted our room cleaned?! Ive never stayed in a hotel where they don't clean your room automatically if you stay for more than 1 night. Apparently its due to their new ESG policy and conserving water and energy! We were also given a disabled access bathroom without notification, with no lid for the toilet and a really low, impractical basin. For this reason I felt our reservation was poor value for money and I won't stay again.
