The first impression was really nice. The host was very friendly, communicative and helpful. The apartment is located approximately 7 minutes by walk to the old town and main attractions in Bari.

However, the apartment is extremely moist and dark. On the second day of our stay the cleaning service came, which to us didn’t clean at all. There were piles of hair and something resembling ash under clean towels. Moreover a bathroom lacks cabin, which made it really difficult to use it without spilling water all over the floor. Hopefully there are two beds in the apartment, because one of them was very uncomfortable.

it’s really spacious, the location was the best - it’s quiet in the evening and it’s a 10 minutes walk from the centre with all of the Bari’s landmarks and 20 minutes away from the central station; the host was friendly and recommended us great places to eat; great value for the given prize

on the last 2 days of our stay the neighbors were doing repairs and a drill woke us up at 7 am; there wasn’t a shampoo provided, only shower gel; the floor is from stone and it will be cold to walk barefoot, so we recommend bringing slippers

Advantages: Near the center, close to the bus stop. Nice, well-kept neighborhood. A very nice host. Cold in the apartment, even if it is very hot outside. Clean sheets. Washing machine with dryer. Electric kettle, coffee, tea, sugar. Soap, towels. Very efficient air conditioning.

Cons: Living next to the ground. Moisture, towels do not dry out. Wet blankets in the closet. Unpleasant smell. It's dark since morning, you need to shine the light. Windows to the microscopic courtyard, to the wall. The housing of the electric sockets comes off. Noises from the sewer pipe. Worst bathroom. No paddling pool. Water floods the floor. You have to stand in front of a mirror in the water. You are drying your hair and you risk getting an electric shock because you are standing on a wet floor. You take the water from your shoes to the kitchen. It is not well cleaned. Mold, bad smell.

The location is great. For a couple it is very spacious. It has all the amenities a person needs. The host also provides coffee, tea and water.

WiFi worked fine, air con was good, location pretty good. Check in guy very friendly and helpful when messaging and asking questions.

Infested with flies (fungas gnats coming from the plant) Very dark and damp, no sunlight and a distinct smell of damp, felt like nighttime permanently. Toilet seat cracked, pinches your skin every time you sit on it. Shower has 2 temperatures, cold or boiling. No plug in sink, careful with the soap! Disposable plastic cups for coffee, disappointing in this day and age. Noise from neighbours. Photos make it look much nicer than it is.

No breakfast, coffee machine + tea inside apartment. Location is great.
