Tout était presque bien le seul soucis est lié à l'isolation de la fenêtre joint d'étanchéité très fatigué et l'aération au dessus de la fenêtre laissant passer trop d'air frais ainsi que les bruits ambiant provenant de l'extérieur car situé juste en face du péage et d'un rond-point il faudrait revoir ce problème

Personnel à l’accueil . Facilité wifi. Propreté générale y compris chambre louée.

Exiguïté de la chambre, mais je m’y attendais. Et ce n’était que pour l’escale d’une nuit.

Ambiance pas top dans les couloirs pas très jolis, en mode "hôtel formule 1" Un peu bruyant. Mais bon très correct tout de meme.

The staff was really friendly and helpful

We had a large ant- family picnic in our room ( they have cleaned pretty fast once we alerted the staff) but between 22-23:40 the alarm in our room went crazy and we couldn’t sleep till midnight. Contacted the staff remotely but at the end what helped(!?) is to switch off/ disconnect everything the room.

Nearby the highway. Restaurants around. Easy to find.

Comfortable bed, great location just off the highway. Bit noisy specially if you have to keep the window open because they only turn AC on in late June.

Breakfast is very limited specially for the price and it starts pretty late. I realized later that I should have skipped it because it put me late on my schedule but I already paid for it. Also it was pretty warm that night so I specially booked a place with AC and when I got there it wasn't working because they only turn it on in late June. Would be nice to know.

Was not clean and there were several maintenance issues in the room.

We were supposed to check in after 00:00, which we warned the hotel about. We were supposed to leave the keys, but we didn't get any keys. We ended up having to sleep in the car. Now the hotel is not responding to our messages and to messages from the booking service.

dated common areas. had to wait a long time for eggs, bacon and juice to arrive for breakfast. one girl overworked.

Location just off the motorway. Had dinner at pancake place in Mirmande - pretty village!

Small space, no coffee / tea facilities and vending machines also not working.

The hotel is located next to the highway, wich it is helpful when traveling by car and sleeping for the night.

Sadly, we had a very bad experience. We reserved a room with a baby bed/cot 2 months in advance. But when we arrived, the room did not have one. It was around 10pm and we couldn't find any staff. We used the intercom, but the call center employee spoke very little english. We were told in an unfriendly way that they did not have any more baby beds and there was nothing they could do. Baby cots are not a luxury, they are needed for safety. Only after multiple complaints and a long and aggressive discussion, we managed to get a room with an extra bed that we could make somewhat safe for our baby. In summary: bad reservation management, no proactive solutions, no staff at night, hotline speaks almost no English, disregard for child safety and overall aggressive stance towards customers.
