- nice location with some restaurants at walking distance - walking trails nearby - spacious apartment - we could bring our dog

- no coffeemaker, filter or what so ever. We asked for it but they said we could use instant coffee:(( - we were not so lucky with our neighbors. One side used our terrace as the pass through even when we were sitting there. The others arrived really late (way through midnight) and were not aware of us below them.

The house was quiet and had a great view. The breakfast was delivered each morning and was huge. The house was comfortable and clean.

The house is at the end of a dead end road, quite far from any restaurants or anything. No issue if you have a car though.

Size, location and overall feel to the property

Not easy to adjust temperature & lack of blackout blinds, big pillows.

The house is great for hosting large groups. We were 6 adults and 8 children. It was enough space for everyone. Most of the rooms include a private toilet and showers. A lot of valuable facilities for different ages and interests: jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, play station, toys room. The kitchen and eating space are large and well-equipped. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The indoor heating was ok, despite the cold temperature outside (-10C)

1. We arrived in the middle of heavy snowfall and it was difficult to get in and out of the parking. 2. In my opinion, the lighting is working ok, but the luminosity is not sufficient, especially in the rooms on the second floor and the living room. 3. The house is intended for a large group of people, so in the winter I wish it was also a drier and additional drying facility. 4. Pool table and sticks need maintenance. 5. According to the property policy, the towels were replaced only once during the 6-night stay

I liked the nature around, the location and the speed of the internet.

The floor in the entire apartment was ice cold. It was very cold there, I almost got ill and so did our dog. The only source of heat was a fireplace with a limited amount of wood, which you had trouble even lighting, because if you didn't have your own lighter, you were done. The wood was thick, so they had a problem even starting a fire, since there was nothing there to start a fire with. There was also little wood, after calling the reception I was told that they didn't have any more wood and that the underfloor heating was regulated to 22 degrees, although the thermometer in the hall showed 18-19 degrees. After a dialogue with the reception, the lady brought us more wood, which was wet, and it was also a problem to light up the fire. The lady also acknowledged that the floor is ice cold and that they can't do anything with the heat because of course it's New Year's Eve and the repairman would only come when we're leaving in 2 days, which seemed inconceivable to me that we should be in cold apartment and sleep like that, because when the fireplace burned down at night, it was extremely cold inside. The sauna was rusty and bad to look at, the water supply in the sauna was also broken, so a big disappointment, the price-quality ratio, I expected much more for almost €700 for 2 nights!
