This home is in a beautiful neighborhood and is a quick ride to the Air Force Academy. This is a perfect home for parents weekend or graduation and is dog friendly!
The yard is great and the hole has multiple areas for either gathering or quiet time.
Bill and Patti were wonderful and very accommodating!

Perfect location, so many thoughtful touches to the home, especially bathrooms n kitchen. Truly comfortable, easy home to relax in when traveling!!! We hope to stay again!!!!!! (Special kudos to the kitchen n the patio. Kitchen made for easy meal prep, n patio perfect for morning coffee.)

We rented this home for two nights while in the area for a family event. The home was clean, very cozy, nice outdoor space with plenty of seating, LOTS of space so you don't feel cramped (there were 7 of us) and contained everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owners were very responsive to messages, allowed us to check-in a little early, and provided a wonderful pet friendly environment. We literally felt like we were at "home" and not a rental! The neighborhood is very quiet and despite being close to the interstate, there was very little noise. Super easy access to shopping and food. Quick and easy access to Colorado Springs. The only drawback (though minor) was that the bed mattresses were extremely soft. If you sleep better on a medium or firm mattress, be prepared! Would definitely consider renting this home again and won't hesitate to recommend it to anyone we know looking for a quiet and relaxing rental in the Monument/Colorado Springs area.

Perfect house for our family group visiting for a wedding. The house has many amenities and generous extras like comfortable furniture, coffee, spices, plenty of paper goods, towels, blankets, and more. I would recommend Bill and Patty’s place to anyone visiting Monument. Thanks for a great stay!

I had several of my bridesmaids and their partners share this lovely home with me. There was ample space to spread out and have your private space as well as fun large group areas to hang together. Also great location - we had our rehearsal dinner downtown in Colorado Springs. Our guests hiked Garden of the Gods. We visited Monuments farmers market and hiked around Monument rock!! Great memories!! Thanks to our hosts for making us feel welcome and accommodating group!!

This was a GREAT place to stay. It literally was stocked with everything you could imagine! We stayed there for my daughters wedding at Pinecrest and it was all we ever imagined. It was super close and conveniently located to the venue. The house had plenty of room for everyone to gather in one room but also plenty of places for individuals to get away for peace and quiet. We hosted my daughter’s bridal brunch and it was a perfect set up. The open kitchen is very well stocked and we even found cute crystal serving platters to use. They even had an apron so we didn’t get dirty cooking. The owners were easy to get a hold of and super accommodating! Would highly highly recommend this place. 10/10!!!

This is a very central place to stay to do pikes peak, whaite water rafting, royal gorge, and Garden of the Gods. This house is very clean and organized. The host were great and welcomed us and made sure that we had everything that we needed.

Property accommodated our group well with a great large space to gather for meals while still giving everyone their own space to relax and rest in.

This was our best experience staying with VRBO! The house was great and Bill and Patty were excellent hosts. The house was decorated for the holiday and made us feel like we were at home for Christmas. We had our entire family come to celebrate with us and everything was perfect. We will definitely tell others to stay here and will always check here first when returning to the area.

My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed at the property for her wedding weekend. The house was easy to find, entry and lockup were very straightforward, the rooms were perfect for what we needed, the owners were responsive to questions, the kitchen was large, the whole place was well-equipped with whatever we needed, and everyone thought it was perfect for all the weekend wedding activities (bridal party welcome dinner, babysitting for 2 kids during the wedding, etc). It was just a terrific place to stay or just hang out. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful, well equipped home, perfect for a large family! Safe, quiet neighborhood great for walking or biking, close to food, grocers, and fun!
The owners were super responsive and accommodating. Felt like staying with family, the home has everything you need in the kitchen and lots of games, legos, and screens.
One thing - the elevation in Monument is 7100 ft. So keep that in mind if you’re from the Midwest, like us.

We stayed here for a quick Thurs-Sun weekend getaway and were blown away with how nice this home was. Bill and Patty did a fantastic job of providing the perfect home for my family of 6. Great amenities, beds were perfect, TV's worked great for the College Football watching on Saturday and the distance to and from C-Springs and Castle Rock were ideal. Highly recommend a swing into Rosies Diner for breakfast! Took the entire family and we loved it.

This property is exceptional! We found it to be better than expected in almost all aspects. It was an excellent home for our stay with 7 guests. The kitchen is well stocked and the living spaces are very comfortable. The hosts were always prompt and kind throughout all communications. They were even very kind to allow us to extend our stay by an extra day! I highly recommend this property.

This was a great house to stay in to visit and sightsee in the Colorado Springs area. Near most of the sights and near both good food and great shopping. Yet it’s also in a quiet calm neighborhood to just relax in. We had the whole family and two dogs and it was just a great place to base a vacation.

This house was perfect for our family. Exactly as described, clean, and roomy, with a nice backyard. The owners were very responsive and made special accommodations upon request. We highly recommend this rental, and hope to stay at this property again next summer!

Felt like home!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and homey, so it’s easy to relax there. The backyard was perfect for our dogs (lots of loudly barking dogs in neighboring yards though, FYI), allowing them to run around and release some energy. The house feels really big and open - we were a small group of 4 (needed 3 bedrooms), but a larger group would be very comfortable there as well. Having garage space to park our vehicle in was such an amazing bonus! We struggled with the AC at first, and having the owner as close as our phone to help us figure it out was so helpful, and we very much appreciated that. Would definitely rent from Bill & Patty again!

Lovely home in a nice area
It is a beautiful and spacious house. Our family and pups felt right at home. We had an issue with the sound on one tv and they remedied it the next day. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Colorado Springs. Hope to return it n the near future
