I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and overall, it provided a delightful experience. However, while there were many positives, there were also a few areas that could benefit from some improvements. On the positive side, the resort's serene atmosphere truly set the stage for a peaceful retreat. The staff members (specially Laxmi) were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing space. The dining options at the resort were generally satisfying. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of Goan delicacies. The quality of the meals was with fresh ingredients and flavourful preparations.

However, there were a few areas where the resort could improve. Firstly, the Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, which could be frustrating for guests who rely on a stable internet connection. Even the television channels were not subscribed for. Secondly, while the owner Mr. David was friendly, his response time to inquiries and requests could be quicker. Furthermore, he should see to it that when a guest comes to you, at least for a good gesture's sake you should offer a glass of water or some refreshing drink. It is an old property converted into a resort which is quite far from the main town. Unless you have a vehicle of your own, you cannot think of going anywhere. So my suggestion to people who opt for this property for their stay is to carry some titbits for your last-minute hunger. Also, make prior arrangements for a vehicle if you wish to move around.

The hosts were extremely friendly and the food was delicious. A beautiful home for a beautiful stay. Hope to return one day!

Wow! What a place! Full of history, this heritage place makes you feel sad when you have to leave and can't stay more! Everything made with best of taste and attention to the slightest detail. Everything in the house has its history and its meaning! And the host? Oh, the host! A true gentleman, he's there to welcome you, guide you in the historic property, tell you the story of his family and his place, answer your questions and explain everything, organize your tour in Old Goa, Panjim and surroundings, prepare (with the help of his excellent staff) the best dinner you had in India and make you feel you're truly his honorable guest and he will be happy to help you with all your needs! Dear future guest, there is no need to write details about the room, etc. I am sure it will exceed your expectations! Thank you, dear David, for everything you gave and did for us! It was a real pleasure for us to get to know you and stay at your place. Our one (last) night stay in Casa Menezes upgraded at least one level our visit to the state. I truly believe that you and your place deserve to be the only reason for a new visit (and a longer stay) to Goa. Obrigado por tudo e até mais!

Everything was perfect.

Nice room and comfortable room, beautiful house. The host very attentive and helpful, he can help arrange transport, what to see in the are and offer you a great dinner in the evening. The Casa is perfectly located on the countryside only 10 minutes from Old Goa.

Absolutely lovely and very clean historical place! Dinner and breakfast were on very high quality. The owner of the property took personally care of all guests, was very helpful and even showed places around, which you would normally not discover.

Really nothing to complain.

Loved this beautiful heritage house with unique decor, a really welcoming vibe. Also loved the family hosting us, they were warm and friendly and gave us travel tips. The home cooked meals were lovely as well.

The bed was not very comfortable.

A great family-friendly place privately owned and managed by Goan family. David and Nicole were very helpful and great in communication. Our flight was delayed yet they were able to accommodate late check-in and also provided dinner. Breakfast was scrumptious 😋 . I highly recommend eating lunch and/or dinner here. All their spices were made at home and the dishes were finger-licking good. Room was very clean. It was a retro room with touch of modern facilities. They went out of their way to help us book a cab for site seeing and drop us at Tito lane. Highly recommend staying here!

The location was very quite. It was not a problem for us though.

The place had an old heritage feel. The owner and family are very sweet n helpful. The food, esp the breakfast was lipsmacking Great location between north and south Goa
