big room, aircon, a few minutes from the city center.

air filter in the bathroom was not cleaned for a long time. mold in the air filter. overall it needs some work in the room especially the bathroom.

water was murky brown it was disgusting. we had to cancel our last 2 nights as there seems to be no solution provided re the murky water when we complained. it was also disappointing that the staff said only foreigners complain about the murky water and locals are ok with it - absolutely not. I was born and raised there and even my whole family and friends advised us to move hotels. The hotel finally agreed to cancel the rest of our stay and issue a refund but only decided on this at 21:30 in the night and wanted us to move hotels then which obviously was unreasonable so we had to stay another night which they charged us for too. Reception staff who issued our refund were apologetic in the end but one of the reception staff was still insisting that this water is “normal”. Photos attached show the lightest shade of brown during our stay, it was darker than this at some point.
