Wonderful house! Very clean, kept up very well. Everything seemed new. Comfy beds. Great a/c. Perfect beach front location. Would definitely rent again!

We stayed here for a family trip during the summer. Our family consisted of three generations between 82 and 7 and everyone was happy. Two lovely porches and great distance from the beach. The home is so well maintained and the owners are amazing at communication. Just a wonderful spot that we hope to come to again!

House was very comfortable and close to the beach. My family (with grandchildren ages 7, 5, 2, and 1) had a fantastic time! Hope to stay here again in the future.

The best thing about this property is obviously the location. The house itself was beautiful to look at but lacked functionalality.

We had a great time! Right on the beach. It’s like the beach I front of the house was ours. Great time enjoying the view, seeing dolphins snd crab hunting at night.

Loved the house. The upstairs (bedrooms and bathrooms) were perfect. Everything we needed was there and it was comfortable. I LOVE that the upstairs has it's own AC unit so there was not feeling hot upstairs. The downstairs (living areas) was exactly what we needed as a family of a 4 year old and a 9 year old with special needs. With the open concept, we had the ability to watch everyone and make sure they were safe and not up to something sneaky. Our vacation was mid July and it still felt very private. Not many people at that part of the beach. It was just far away enough from public access that it felt secluded. Very easy beach access-- just walk out the door and there in a few steps. LOVED our stay and the owners were amazing!

Property is RIGHT on the beach, which is private and doesn’t allow cars. So nice to be away from city, but close enough if you need anything. House is finished nicely, but the only request from the whole week would be to have some type of storage for clothes (dresser) in the master and bunk room. However, this may not matter to most! Owner was SUPER quick to respond, and gave great tips and information for the stay. Would highly recommend this home!

I stayed at this house three nights with my family and it was an amazing weekend. The house is clean and beautiful, the location is perfect and the communication was good. There was not one thing negative about my experience and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

This is a beautiful property, just as described, which I appreciated, since this was first transaction with Vrbo. Right on a quiet beach with no cars. Toddler friendly features. Owners were responsive. Overall very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend, and plan to stay again.

We couldn’t have asked for more. The house is beautiful especially with views of the ocean just outside the window. Our hosts were friendly, kind, and responsive. The only part that’s left is to show up with the right group of people and you’ve got yourself a perfect place.

Absolutely beautiful house! Super easy to access to the beach, and outdoor shower and hoses make cleaning up before you go inside a breeze. Outdoor cushions were a little thin for my bootie, but we brought camping chairs so it was ok. The beds were SO COMFY!!! Absolutely loved waking up refreshed each morning. The couch was pretty modern so not super comfy, but again, I have a bigger backside so not a problem for everyone. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. We did break a lamp and let Karen know and she was so gracious. She was very easy to get in touch with also (I didn’t read my instructions very well so I couldn’t find the code to the door. It was there the whole time. She helped me out though). Locals are so nice and the Turtle patrol stopped and chatted with us each morning. I caught a clue crab my last day there which was fun for the kids to see. Absolutely would come back (if she will have us of course).

House looks just like the pics. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Nice layout for our family.

We had a great time at this beautiful property. It was super clean, access to the beach was easy, and the porches were fantastic to drink coffee in the morning, wine in the evening and just a fun place to hang out with my family.

The house is fabulous, the location is fabulous. We would stay here again and again. It's clean. It's fresh. It's great. The view is amazing. The living area is spacious and cute. The bedrooms are all upstairs and have comfy beds. The bathrooms are in pristine condition. The owners are accommodating and super helpful.

The home is so beautiful, comfortable and clean. The kitchen has so much space for food and storing items. My family loved watching the sunrise and sunsets each day and the stars were amazing to gaze from the balcony each night. The beach access is the best and feels like a private beach. The property is quiet and relaxing. My family would return to Pelican Point at our next trip to Galveston.

As an overworked essential worker from Chicago visiting family in Houston I can honestly say that I had a picture perfect stay here! House was nice and clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed since we didn’t feel like dining out during our stay. Beds were comfy! I fully agree with other reviews….beach feels private. It was pretty much empty during our stay and we loved it. I would definitely stay again if I ever came back to Galveston. Karen was great to deal with!
