Didn't feel like a 4 star or 5 star stay. The service was average and the dinning area was full of smoke both the time we dinned in, also the AC stopped working around 5am in the morning and there was no fan in the room. We stayed there for 3 nights and every day they had some technical problem with one thing or the other. The buffet variety was decent.

Property is good, but the staff is excellent, Be it Front office, House Keeping or Restaurant everyone is very friendly, humble and well behaved. Food is good.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. All the rooms smelled bad and the breakfast and dinner was bad. Customer service was poor too. We are international travelers and there was no payment options for international travelers (which is poor for a international brand) so we had to pay in cash at the end and had to pay extra. They kept on removing the WiFi acces and access to our rooms by locking our keys . After the visit we have tried to contact them numerous times and they haven't replied to us.

We requested an extra bedding and that was not good at all

Excellent food!

Location ( at the entrance is so poorly managed. Very dirty, abundant potholes, worst parking facility). It is strange that a hotel of such a high value brand pays a blind eye to the outside of its entrance.

The staff was good it was supportive

The price range is very high and they are not offering the hospitality as other resorts with low price range very bad experience

The breakfast was rich in terms of quality and variety. We found the food always fresh and to a greater degree of high quality. The staff serving the breakfast as well as the dinner were always caring and professional. We were pleased by their humblness. Overall, a rich experince of stayong at Radisson Udaipur.

The entrance of the hotel isn;t maintained well by the hotel. It had large potholes, damp and filled with musquitoes. Cleanlinees at the entrance can be rated at zero as well as the car parking. Wonder how such a branded hotel could have suhc unhelathy environment at the entrance.
