Garden is pure paradise. Very calm and relaxing.

The locations is beautiful...you see the ocean, the mountains and the meadows. The host are just wonderful. Very helpful in every way yet you have privacy as well. We loved our stay very much. You have everything you need and it is good value for the money.

The only thing that was difficult for myself was a bit of mold smell. I think if the apartment gets aired out more, it would have been fine. My husband was ok with it though...and I guess it was a bit challenging for me as I have a lung condition. But with the windows open it got better over time.

This green paradise is the perfect place to escape from chaos and noise. The owners are very friendly and nice and they made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy everything at the max. The only thing I regret is staying here only 3 days. I absolutely recommend this place for charging your batteries.

Our one bedroom house is fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a very pleasant and restful stay. The kitchen is well-stocked and the double bed with soft cotton linens was very comfortable. The stone-tiled shower is over-sized and the water pressure is excellent. I’d recommend this place for a couple, a family with two young children or three people in total since there is a pullout couch. The vegetable, flower and herb gardens and the sitting areas are postcard-worthy. So beautiful! The hosts John and Eldibranda are very friendly and gracious and their three cats are very charming as well. We really enjoyed meeting our neighbors in the other holiday home. This traditionally decorated house offers plenty of privacy and the town is very beautiful and offers grocery shopping and restaurants. Ponta Delgada is just over 15 minutes by car. Highly recommended!

Eldibranda and John are extremely welcoming. Their houses are simply beautiful, very clean and the garden is superb. We had a very pleasant stay, the area is quiet and the fact that we can enjoy the garden and fruits/ vegetables grown by our hosts makes it even more unique. Definitely recommend to stay!
