Check in was really easy and the staff was so kind. Our room was very clean and we had a really nice view in the top floor. I was happily surprised because we got a breakfast ticket! The hotel has a variety of restaurants and coffee shops around and inside of the space.

I wish we were given more than one breakfast ticket since I was traveling with my husband. The beds could use more pillows.

The staff was nice, but I got called sir twice and I am a woman.

The door of the bathroom has slits and therefore does not give much privacy. The chain lock on the door is not save, it ripped out the wall directly when with not much impact it was tested.

There was some problems with wifi

I liked how easy it was to park. Not all hotels have nice wide parking lots like this one. Checkin was also suitably simple and quick, the rooms were clean and comfy, and breakfast was plenty.

I didn't like the relative lack of outlets and if I turned out the lights, one entire wall of outlets stopped working.

The staff was really polite and helpful. Professionals.

1 - the interior of the room could have been more creative. Looked outdated but I think this wasn't an old construction. 2 - that's the first hotel I've seen without a lobby. Can be awkward in certain cases.

They had nice robes

1) They couldn’t find my reservation and made me wait a while without telling me what the problem was 2) They made me come back to front desk on Day 2 to confirm the date I was checking-out. It was the same on the booking and I told them multiple times I wasn’t checking out on a different day 3) Parking was packed on certain nights due to events 4) Shower did not drain properly and it overflowed into the bathroom 5) They shut off the A/C every day at 0200 AM and you could not turn it back on until 0600 AM. 6) The laundry was expensive and they tried to get us to accept it a day late - after our check out

Room was clean and tidy! Nice bathroom, although there was no shower curtain so water does splash out a little. Outdated carpet but other than that it was very nice.
