Just ok not convenient to stay.

1. Poor customer service by host, not helpful to solve problem. Keep asking share video when feedback issue without proper solution. 2. Wrong update for check in detail, example given wrong password twice to unlock main gate lock. Being waited more than an hour to enter the unit. 3. Didn't send anybody to assist solve problem when enter the unit. 4. Poor house maintenance 5.. 2nd floor, room air condition liking 6. Kitchen area poor maintance 7. Overall below expectations. Actual unit not as shown in picture in website during booking.

1. There were not enough towel. 2. Cup & plated were only for 4/5 people. This homestay is for 13 people. They should provide. 3. The clesnliness was not up to mark especially at the carpark area.
