Good and nice place. Second Time there...

Because of one person at the front (miss T.), the expérience ended by a very ugly feeling. Ok we were late at the chekout and because of misundertandings for an upgrade, the person was very unpleasant. She should learn how to speak and be respectful to a customer !

very nice modern clean hotel with a great spa. very comfortable beds and an amazing shower.

had to reserve the spa and couldn’t use as you wanted, staff were not so flexible and wouldn’t refund breakfast when accidentally charged for 2 people.

Very nice property, rooms with plenty of space, clean and very comfortable.

Breakfast were definatelly not worth 11 euros per person. This type of breakfast is normally part of the room price, there was nothing to pay extra for hence we canceled the second day of breakfast and rather ate outside of property. The stuff was not very friendly when we requested late dinner but still within the kitchen hours, we ended up hungry. The wellness on Saturday was fully booked for people outside of property, us the hotel guests were not alerted on Friday to make a resarvation for wellness ahead already on Friday.

Beautiful building, reception, rooms and parks. Owner really did good job in reconstruction of the place.

Staff - beautiful place but staff and service was not on par with amenities.

This hotel is real hospitability gem. We return back every year. High quality standard is maintained, so we were never disappointed, stayed here three times already. Wellness is superb, breakfast is excellent and rooms are very nice.

Noise from wedding party was heard inside wellness, and it was ruining the atmosphere of the quietness. Additionally. young people in wellness were not aware of know good manners and they were too loud also.

No spa at morning only afternoon Swimming pool only with advanced reservation per the hour. Standard rooms very basic. No salmon at breakfast.
