The apartment was lovely and in a fantastic location for the main surfing beach and facilities in Famara. Jack our host was extremely helpful and provided lots of useful information on logistics and ideas on things to do in the area, including good restaurant suggestions. We will definitely stay there again

Caleta de Famara is a magic village. This apartment is literally next to the beach ith a balcony and an amazing rooftop, from where you can see infinite stars in the sky. The apartment is very confortable, with everything youe need, the city is very small, in 2 minutes your are on the main street and in 1 minute you are at the beach. The host does is best the make your holiday perfect, helping you for anything you need and providing you with interesting suggestions. So far one of the best apartments that I found on Booking and with the best host! I can't wait to go again there and enjoy this magic city and the apartment!

The view from the apartment was fantastic. We have never had such a great ocean view before. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and more. Jack, the host, was very accommodating and friendly, there were even some welcome gifts like oranges and a big bottle of water. Oh and it’s so cool you can go chill on the roof. The area is calm and there’s a lot of nature, which is beautiful. The waves are great, you can just grab a board and go surfing, right around the corner. We‘d definitely return!

Nothing really. Maybe there could be a bit less personal items in the cubboards especially in the childrens room, as it takes room for storage but that’s just a minor thing.

Famara is a surfer spot with lots of young folks, a little bit of hippie vibe combined with the charm of a small fishermen town. Not surprising, the apartment is such an original former fisherman’s house right by the ocean and in the middle of town. It is simple, with some quirks but functional and very well equipped. Jack is an exceptional host and always helpful. My nephew and I felt well taken care of.

Jack was an excellent host, communication before and during our stay was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed for 4 weeks and have already booked our next stay for November. Everything was perfect - fantastic views from literally every room (you can watch surfers ride the harbour break from the shower!), a roof terrace and balcony, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and Jack is a wonderful host who really cares about the comfort and happiness of his guests.
