This was an amazing stay, very cozy cottage with a patio, great surrounding area - there is a pool, bbq, beehives, chickens nearby. The cat loved it too. You can buy fresh eggs , so thats as local as it gets. Caroline was always very helpful and nice to talk to. The area is great - about 7 minutes from the river Thames, 15 minutes from the park with deer, very quiet and safe.

Its a bit far from a train station, but we had a bike so wasn't a problem. And if you have a car there is plenty of parking.

Hostess was extremely lovely and very friendly; had much time to help if needed, although respected your personal space fully 😀 😊 👍‼️ Total dog friendly and even has an enclosure where your dog can play in the grass off the lead‼️‼️ My dog found what has turned out to be her number 1 toy which she played head football with around the enclosure giving her plenty of exercise and a whole load of fun too 😁👍‼️‼️ Extremely recommend properties here, whether for a cosy relaxing stay or to go off exploring‼️It has a beautiful front enclosed patio area for your dog can walk in and out at leisure and you can enjoy a cuppa during the day/evening, sitting outside taking in the fresh air and sunshine‼️ ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ 5 stars out of 5 😊👍

Beautiful location, good customer service, met some lovely people on my stay

It was a small room for 2, but was the last one left, so was happy to take it, there were a few things that could have been better, as it was a lovely location and had outside space and was quiet,, could have been a better equipped and bits of the kitchen didn't work and, there were a few cleaning issues, but cobwebs come with the countryside so not a problem for us

The location was good. The staff were friendly and parking was convenient. The cottage was well equipped.

The room was freezing and the kitchen equipment is in need of replacing. We were given a small radiator that helped a bit but not hugely.

Beautiful location. Very quiet- lovely to relax in the garden.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly and the property was cosy and comfortable. Beautiful area for walking and in the garden there was a safe enclosed area for dogs to play. Plenty of on site parking for guests.

Beautiful surroundings and accommodation

The little fence around the cottage, the little paddock, the parking and gardens were well kept and convenient. The cottage was just right for a dog and us, it was easy, convenient and close to lovely dogs walks, pubs, national trust properties.
