Super clean, facilities and little touches way above expectations, comfortable stay and excellent value for money. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. This is a perfect place for families, groups of friends, couples who want to stay in the Maidenhead or Windsor area. The value is excellent as it's a lovely hotel.

The stay was perfect and there was nothing that we didn't like. My only improvement would be a mirror in the room itself but that could be because we were a group of girls getting ready to go out in a rush so had to crowd around the bathroom mirror.

Could not fault Wilson Lodge. Check in was simple and stress free. Kriss was always available over the phone to assist with any query. Would highly recommend this property

We booked and paid for a triple room and were given a double which wasn’t great as we wanted 2 separate beds. No one at reception in the morning to speak to.

Hospitality and helping attitude of Inn Keeper. Value for money services . Enough parking space for secured parking for car. Overall very good stay.

It was a sharing Bath room

The staff was great, the room was perfect for our family. Which it's hard to get lodging for family of 5 plus. So it was great we managed to get that. Great they had breakfast and drinks stored in kitchen for you. The staff supplied muffins in our room as they knew we had children which our kids absolutely loved, thank you for that 😊 Parking was great, right on the premises. Would I stay again? Yes absolutely

There were some cracks in a tile in the bathroom. Safety issue if somebody cut their bare foot getting out of the shower. I hope that's sorted soo . The curtains 🫣 Couldn't control any heating.

Fab property, excellent customer service, all amenities available. Cant fault the property.

We enjoyed the friendly welcoming reception, attention to detail. Having a fridge, access to a well stocked kitchen and being able to use the washing machine and tumble dryer certainly made our stay that bit easier.

Couldnt be more impressed with the staff and how freindly, welcoming, warm and helpful they were to me and my family. Lodge felt like a home from home and the kids want to go back already and not just for the nice chocolates on reception!

No gluten free cerial the first morning but sorted quickly and more than made up for it the next 2 days with extra treats.

I booked the property having checked the reviews. it was indeed very clean. The room we booked was nice size, very clean, had a TV and a fridge. Brekafast was self-prepare but it was nice. Ample options for breakfast. It is a very nice location with nice restaurants nearby and opportunity for a walk by the riverside as well. Kriss even let us check a couple of hours early and that was really helpful of him.

No terrestrial television - BBC / ITV etc Room could have been cleaner. I was expecting room to be cleaned, bed make etc after my first night but that was not the case. Shared shower so asked about possible change of room. Offered one with private facilities but they wanted an extra 40 pounds. As a room was free the second night, thought they might offer it FOC

Loved that as a family of 5 we could all stay in one room with enough space

It's really difficult to get hold of the hotel. There's an unexpected refundable deposit fee added to the room of £110 that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the booking information, which you then have to wait a few days to be refunded.

Having the option to use the kitchen Fridge in room

Wet room was poorly designed, couldn’t use toilet in the morning if someone had had a shower. Nothing to stop carpet getting wet, floor grip was loose. Noisier than a hotel being next to reception and kitchen also when people came in at 1:30am Double mattress was very soft, bouncy and bumpy. Seating for kitchen restricted access to kitchen

As a family of 5 it is difficult to find affordable accomodation where we are all together. Wilson Lodge was brilliant. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and great facilities. Near to Legoland which was great. We all enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

The people were very friendly and helpful and the kitchen aarea and choice for breakfast were respectively clean and varied. Parking was also fine and the large garden was a bonus.

The room itself was clean but the carpet was frayed at the edges and the shower room/toilet needs a refurbish to bring it up to standard. Cracked tiles and an absence of silicon filler can easily be rectified and the investment would be worthwhile in taking the experience to a higher level.

It was a comfortable room. Clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast goods. The atmosphere was very relaxed. I felt at home there.

I'm not very good with modern electronic booking in. I have stayed there before though, and they are very good and kind to me.

Location was good for where we needed to be and for a walk along the river.

Everything about this property was amazing…the staff went above and beyond to help and to ensure we had a great stay. They offer a wide range of facilities that we thought was great value for money as well as having a great room to stay in.
