Friendly and welcoming. Brilliant village with very friendly locals. Short uber from the beaches. Lovely touches like fresh milk and cold water. Would highly recommend. Lovely hosts and doggie too.

Breakfast is only on for an hour between 7:30 and 8:30 which we weren't told and missed first day. But excellent when we did get it!

Able to walk to Mudgeeraba village, restaurants, shopping and convenient drive to Gold Coast surrounds. Lovely breakfast included with real pot of tea and coffee. Comfy bed. Relaxed, welcoming and experienced hosts. Beautiful, historic Queensland house.

We really liked the property and the owners have included everything to make an enjoyable stay. The only item that could be added is a box of tissues in bathroom.

Clean heritage type room (railway room) with plenty of soft furnishings, comfortable bed, and a stylish bathroom. A delicious hot breakfast was included in a light and airy tea room with friendly and informative hosts. Great restaurants within walking distance we enjoyed dinner at Thai Mudgee. There are interesting older buildings and shopping arcade nearby

The railway room is downstairs so a bit dark. Outside seating for this room is under the stairs or in the not so private garden. There is a bit of traffic noise during the day but this isn't a problem at night

18th century old English charm. Good full breakfast included in the price. Hosts were attentive & sociable.

our room had a private but external bathroom which was about 10 meters down a passage from our room.

The bed was comfy and very clean amenities,with good blockout blinds for a sleep in. We loved the feel of the house and breakfast was amazing! Liz and Rich were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again 😊

I regret arriving too late to be able to partake in high tea at the attached cafe. They looked amazing so we will have to come back in the future to try it another time.

We snagged a good one here! Nicely appointed room and plenty of space. Not only a good quality B&B at a reasonable price but owners Liz & Richard with the ability to relate to their guests in a very relaxed & casual manner. We will use it again for sure.

Not totally keen on the pets being in the breakfast room, but que sera sera!

Excellent breakfast, the fresh fruit platter was refreshing. Well situated with eating places and food stores nearby. Robina shopping centre was an easy drive away. The Hosts recommended the local Thai restaurant (2 doors away), food and service was excellent.
