Beautiful apartment. Extremely convenient location. Very well-stocked kitchen. Greeted upon arrival by a very kind and helpful host. Were allowed an early check-in and late chech-out which helped us out a huge amount.

The pillows were too soft for our liking.

Booking dates were 18th – 20th. I was reallocated to an apartment at a different location on the 17th, however as the email I received was a standard template message which didn’t explicitly say this, and the email header only said ‘change of apartment’, not that the apartment would now also be at a different location. I originally booked the Vesta apartment, which was close to the rail station. I only realised the new property the Citystay reallocated me was very far away from the one I booked originally when I was on the taxi heading to the apartment on the day. Luca from the Guest Services team was very professional and helpful, and kept his calm and helped me to relocate to another apartment (The Dales) that was closer to the rail station whist dealing with my frustration on the phone and also kindly offered a box of chocolate as compensation. The Dales apartment was lovely but unfortunately was without hot water and the property management team was not able to fix it during the weekend. I had to move to another apartment (Midsummer Mews). The customer service team was top notch and professional. I sincerely hope my next stay with Citystay will be more stable so that I could enjoy the apartment properly.

Lovely flat!

We have been left without hot water over our 3 night stay at Christmas. No one answered our messages, no information, no communication, no help! Very disappointed!

We love the spacious and clean apartment. The welcome hamper containing mini jars of jam, butter, cookies, chocolates, milk, juice was a nice addition. Location was quiet and convenient. The apartment had everything we need for a very comfortable 2 night stay in Cambridge!

Although not a deal-breaker, the apartment could've used with a bit of extra touches like rugs in the bedroom and the odd occasional furniture to make it a bit more comfortable, warm and cozy.

Beds really comfortable. Facilities really good. Loved the shower and toiletries. Welcome pack was a lovely touch.

The only problem we had was we weren’t given a additional key fob to use the lift from the car park. Our host was new and didn’t realise. Had to walk up the ramp from the car park.
