The hotel is extremely close to the seaside and in the center of Paguera. The staff of the hotel is very nice and helpful for all your needs! Very much recommend

Excellent location, Hotel was in pristine condition and the fixtures and fittings were all of a high standard. The double glazing worked extremely well at keeping any unwanted noise to a minimum. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the bed linen was of a very high quality. This is a very well maintained hotel and the two gentlemen who run this establishment enjoy their work and have a keen eye for detail. There are, I think only 15 rooms in this hotel with five on each floor and that means you hardly if ever hear any comings and goings of fellow guests. Breakfast is taken in the restaurant down stairs which belongs to the hotel and is also open to the public. The food served here is very good. I can imagine that by now you may be thinking that I'm related to the owners of this hotel, but no, I'm just happy to give a first class review to a hotel that thoroughly deserves it. Our room was 303 facing the sea and the street below, which was marvellous for sitting watching the world go by. Would I return ?. Well I think you know the answer to that one, You bet I would.

The room was a good size, nicely decorated with a balcony overlooking the sea. Jean and his brother looked were very helpful, keen to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Good value for money too. Nice to be so near the sea when there's no swimming pool.
We didn't include breakfast but I did try it one day. It was very simple. I went elsewhere after the first day.

Room was an excellent size, great location about 100 meters from the beach. Quiet room even though facing the road. Breakfast was excellent. Joan and family were so friendly and helpful, even to the point of making a packed sandwich for us to take on our very early flight home !
Not much, maybe a better shower curtain ? Also the shower head while detachable was very high so smaller people wouldn't be able to easily take it off to say just wash their feet. Not exactly a big problem but there is literally nothing else I can think off !

Right by a beautiful beach - clear turquoise water and soft sand; lots of shops near by (would recommend Il Nove and La Poetas for dinner!); very friendly and accomadating staff (had a early check in and late check out); very clean; comfy memory foam beds; strong ac; breakfeast right next door. And the list could go on, would highly recommend this place

It was really great from all perspectives. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was good enough to make you full and it tasted very well. The location of the hotel is really good. There is a beach very close and there are a lot of good restaurants and all kinds of markets.
So if we visit Paguera, we will definitely stay again.
PS: we used public transport to and from the airport, it was very convenient and easy.

My partner and I slept 3 nights in the hotel and it was our best stay so far on the island!
The hotel has a super location; right on the beach, a scooter/car rental right around the corner and also the bus stop which you can already see from the hotel. We had not booked it, but still got a room with sea view, a lovely surprise. The hotel room was large and equipped with a TV, a free safe for your valuables, a balcony and a small fridge. The hotel room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful both at the reception desk and in the breakfast room and restaurant. Thank you Juan & team Creta for making our stay so comfortable & wonderful!

Hotel is located in the most beautiful part of Peguera, just few steps from the beach.
We rented a car at the airport but just behind a corner, there's a bus stop and we saw lots of busses leaving to Palma.
The rooms are exceptionally clean, towels were changed daily. We had a room with ocean view and a balcony.
I have never come across such a delicious breakfast.
Before coming, I was afraid that their opinions were hacked but honestly, everything is perfect.

Family run business and in business a long time - and it shows, from the decor to the attention to detail. Very professional , central location with good sound insulation, so quiet for sleeping.

We’ve been in Spain for two weeks staying at various hotels and we had the best night’s sleep at Hotel Creta. in addition, Juan and Michael were superb hosts and showed that they truly care about their guests. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Good location, 30 seconds walking to the biggest beach (Palmira). On the main street in Paguera, but no troubles with sounds. Rooms are clean, look fresh, look new and have nice colors. Cleaning each day is perfect.
Air conditioning works well. Refridgerator in room works well. Ironing machine available on request.
Hotel can be accessed by a code 24/7.
Location is close to all restaurants in Paguera (max 15min walk).
Owners are very helpfull and friendly. We realy appreciated that.
The hotel doesn’t have a lot of rooms, but this is an advantage to have better service than the big resorts.
Didn’t have realy bad things. Only a few remarks.
Each morning a tasty but ordinary breakfast is served by ordering of your preferences by filling in a small bullet list. The variation after a few days becomes a bit limited as the list of choices remains the same. We missed some fresh vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber or salad. Some variations, maybe by daily specials, would be a nice improvement.
One small other thing is the shower curtain. It’s made of very thin and light material. It sticks to your body while taking a shower.

There are two brothers running the place who are so much welcoming and attentive! They responded to our every request. The hotel is super clean making us feel at home. We arrived late in the night but they were waiting for us. We left early in the morning, and they brought us the sandwiches and juice the evening before. They have a breakfast menu, and the breakfast time covers even later hours until 11:30, it was perfect for us. All the staff is super friendly - the hosts, the cleaning team, and the guy serving breakfast. The beach is just across the road. We had so wonderful time off there. Going to come back to this amazing place again!

This hotel is just perfect for your stay in Peguera. Super clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Free parking is a 7 minutes walk away. It felt like home! You can feel the love Juan and his family have put in this place. Juan welcomed us warmly and gave us all important details for our stay. We even got a free update for an ocean view room - so nice! Our breakfast at restaurant Hawai was fresh and delicious. The waiters there were nice and attentive. We left very early on our last day and we were offered sandwiches and juices for the flight. This kind of service is not to be expected from many other hotels - so this is highly appreciated. I would always book this hotel again! Already miss it. There is nothing to complain. The rooms are modern and very cozy, the equipement is up to date. The beach is across the street and the Hawai restauarant, which belongs to the hotel owner, has very good food. The hotel owner is very friendly and will give you any recommendations concerning sights, restaurants or activities in mallorca. We highly recommend this place.

OUR ROOM WAS UPGRADED TO A PETITE BOUTIQUE WITH A FRONT SEA VIEW FROM A STANDARD ROOM JUAN AND HIS FATHER AND BROTHER WHERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE The WINDOWS ARE TRIPLE GLAZED AND STOP A LOT OF OUTSIDE NOISE THE AC IS QUIET. AS IT WAS TOWARDS THE END OF THE SEASON I WAS ABLE TO KEEP THE ROOM TILL MYBUS TO THE AIRPORT EARLY AFTERNOON WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK TO THE CRETA HOTEL
