The location was excellent. Their breakfast was good per what serve.

A lock box in the room for small items would be great.

Staff were very friendly and food was great.

A king size or Queen size bed would have been appropriate. The interior doors needed working locks and were not shutting smoothly. The rooms should have iron box and ironing board for convenience to clients. A comfortable chair is necessary for relaxation in the rooms. My room had a leather chair that had paint stains on it. The floors should be buffed to remove the brownish colors on stairs cases and corridors. The vegetarian food in the cafeteria was great but the administration should serve tea and some healthy meats such as salmon, organically grown chicken and goat-meat for customers for non-SDA customers who enjoy these foods. Milo and cocoa were served but it has caffeine too.

The dining room recycled the food meaning we would have it fresh on one day and see it again - not fresh.

The executive manager elkanah was really helpful. He helped us plan our journey although there were some changes on our part at the end. The staff was amazing. All smiling and very kind. Thank you all. The only thing which made us disappointed was the noice. From 4 am to 10 am there is a constant kitchen sound which was annoying.

The hotel is in an ideal location - close to the center, yet on a quite street with nice restaurants in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the price is great for Nairobi. The rooms are also very quite, at least in the wing where we were staying (above the restaurant).
